If you are new Airbnb, please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and you won`t have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our 2nd home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked! However, we are happy to provide you with our recommendations!

Our Condo is located at Point Pleasant Condominiums on the East End of St. Thomas. We are self check in, making your arrival seamless and worry free. No need to check in at front desk, give your credit card number and wait for someone to show you the way to a room. We send out directions to you and have someone on island to help you if you need it!

Guests have use of the entire space - we do keep a locked closet in the hall for our personal items. We still have a closet for you and a dresser to store your clothes in.

We are located at Point Pleasant - on the East End of St. Thomas, 5 minutes to Red Hook where you will find plenty of restaurants and nightlife, 3 minutes to Coki Beach and 3 minutes to Lindquist Beach. Learn to scuba right off the beach at Coki Beach!

We do always recommend a rental car for your vacation - it truly is the best way to explore. No worries if you don`t want to - Taxis are plentiful on island and we have our favorites!

Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby so they will be open, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing `cancel for any reason` travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, power or wifi outages beyond our control.
