Nestled in the newly built Cassine Village neighborhood, this 4BR/3.5BA is a sure bet for your coastal getaway. Community amenities include two pools, tennis courts, a nature trail, and a lake for fishing.

Highlights of your rental include two covered decks, a fire pit, and use of the golf cart! Enjoy the warm ambience of an electric fireplace in the living area. Kick back on the plush furniture and watch a new movie on the smart TV. Pick from the selection of board games and have a game night in the lovely sunroom.

The pristine kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a convenient wine fridge. When it’s time to dine, the kitchen bar seats five and the table seats six.

This home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. The primary suite is fitted with a queen-size bed and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a desk with a printer. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The covered front porch offers seating for six. Host a cookout and make use of the gas or charcoal grill. In the evening, gather for conversation around the wood-burning fire pit.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are included. Parking for three cars is available in the driveway. No street parking is permitted. Overflow parking may be accessed nearby for a nominal fee. This home features a two-story layout.

Walk (or take the golf cart) just 5 minutes to spend blissful days on the glittering shore! Nearby shopping, dining, grocery stores, and bike rentals offer everything you may need during your stay.

The idyllic town of Seaside is just 5 minutes away for additional dining and shopping fun. The HUB, a nearby hotspot, provides outdoor entertainment, food and fun for all ages.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for Families
We loved our stay. Great location with quiet neighborhood. Tons of restaurants to choose from. We loved the tall ceilings, modern kitchen, front and back porch and comfy beds. We will def book again! Minor things that need fixing - soft/pressure wash the entire exterior and back porch - clean air vents(they are well overdo) - possibly new dryer, takes a couple cycles to dry clothes

Almost Perfect!
This is a great house, layout, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. The house overall is pretty clean, you can tell there is wear and tear on the furniture, but that is expected. The finishes are nice. A couple of minor property maintenance updates could have made it even better- Ice machine was broken Broken beach wagon No paddle for paddleboard No propane for grill (I think the property management would have replaced, but we didn't hassle) We will totally come back to this area!

Good, needs a refresh
Great location, good house. It is not clear how often the owner rents the property, so that could explain some of the feedback. There are several pieces of broken furniture and accessories - some obvious, some not. Tall vase in living room is split in half. Chair in upstairs master has a broken leg (serious hazard). Upholstered furniture in living room should be cleaned. Seagrass rugs need better vacuuming. Quick release clamps on bikes should be replaced. I had to go to Big Fish for an allen wrench in order to fix two of the seats. Ditch all of the mismatched flatware and buy two 12 piece settings at Costco. Sorry, it’s not all negative. It’s a good house in a great location. Investing in a few repairs and refreshing a few things will make it a great house in a great location

Family vacation
We enjoyed two weeks at this home. We have stayed in Cassine Village annually for the last 7 years, this was our first time renting Cassine Village Escape. We like that the beach, donuts, general store, etc are all a super quick walk. The home is spacious, offers two masters and is pretty well stocked. The furniture could use a cleaning. Bedrooms could use a little help too. There are curtains that are somewhat see through and let all the light in, bright and early in the morning and our bathroom had one of six bulbs in working condition. We didn't call management to fix the light issue, I am sure they would have. Garage has lots of extras, bicycles, paddleboard, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. in case you don't come stocked with all your beach supplies. The neighborhood is home to a lot of owners, if you are a large, loud group, it is probably not the place for you. We enjoy the quiet neighborhood. We will consider this home for our annual trip going forward.
