The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
DEN TV FOR GAMING OR DVD USE ONLY.
Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great for Families!

Absolutely love The Seawatch. Have stayed here many times in the past 20 years. Each year there have been many improvements. Located right on the beach and the many amenities make it the perfect place to stay. Three different pools, game room, playground, movie theater, tennis and basketball court, very family friendly. My place located right inside makes it nice for a quick bite to eat. Just a block down the road from the grocery store and sunsations for souvenirs. Each condo has the same layout but are decorated or updated differently. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Laundry room located rigth outside the room with a lock so you can put all your beach belongings in there safely. Also this room came with two beach chairs, beach toys and some other essentials already which was nice! I definitely recommend The Seawatch to anyone looking to stay at a family friendly place in Ocean City!

Great Unit

We have stayed at Sea Watch before and always enjoy the complex amenities and the many things to do for our kids. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed. I don’t have one negative thing to say about it! We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Perfect for family of 5

First time to OC, Maryland and loved this condo! Location, facility, amenities, balcony view, and beach access were all a win! Appreciated the guarded parking garage as well. We always saw employees cleaning the facility which looks well maintained. The condo itself could use some updates to the kitchen supplies and utensils. Plenty of space for oir family of 5. Would definitely return to Sea Watch on a future trip!

Beautiful OC Condo

My family and I stayed in this condo for a vacation. The entry was easy, unit was clean and even was equipped with a start up package which came in handy. Highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Just Ok

We booked a long weekend for a mother, daughter, grandchildren weekend. We are super familiar with Sea Watch and have frequented the property quite a bit since 1999. This was one of the few units open for the weekend we were able to go. Pictures looked great and appeared to meet our needs for what we were looking for. We called the day before to Vacasa to confirm all pull outs had their own set of sheets, which was confirmed via phone. Upon arrival, the floors were gritty with sand, there was hair on the master bedroom dresser, and some of dishes / cups seemed sticky and dirty. We washed everything before we used it since it still felt sticky. We started to set up the sofa beds for our children to sleep on, and we found we were missing a set of sheets. We called Vacasa, who spoke with their manager, and told us we would have sheets in 15 minutes - this was at 6:45pm est - needless to say, no sheets arrived on arrival night, and we have to split up the one set provided to us between the two beds. I even emailed the cleaning company, and have yet to receive a response back. We received a call from the local Vacasa property the next day, who said they would have sheets sent up. Sheets arrived around 4pm on A Saturday afternoon. Sunday, we used the garbage disposal for the first time, and it didn’t work. We called the downstairs office and were asked if we used the switch, which we did, and then they proceeded to walk us through how to reset the disposal - not something I really signed on to do during our vacation. Almost 20 minutes later, the towel rack in the master bath fell - nobody was even in the room. We called back, and were told someone would be up the next day to fix it - we checked out today, and it still wasn’t back up and nobody came up to even check on it while we were there. Multiple electrical outlets didn’t work, the coffee table was showing its age with warped edges on it like it got super wet and started to bubble. There was a large scrape on the wall living room wall that was there when we checked in as if someone just took the chair and turned around fast against the wall and it scraped the paint off. The washing machine and dryer could use an update - we did towels regularly while there to remove sand, and even with 2-3 towels in the dryer, we had to put them on 2 times. Pots and pans are extremely outdated as well. The unit Fit what we needed for the weekend, but could definitely use an update in paint, fixtures, etc.

Upon arrival they were issues in the room.

The room had issues upon arrival. Both screen doors were off their tracks and leaning on the windows. The furniture outside was filthy. One kitchen chair was broken. Luckily there were only 4 of us so we didn’t need that one. It really had no impact on our stay. However, as soon as I contacted Mary Ellen at the management office the other issues were quickly addressed. The screen doors will put back on their tracks. To add to that Maryellen came up to the room and cleaned all the furniture herself! She was also extremely helpful when I had other questions during my stay. She is a gem and makes your company look very good! The ease of getting things addressed changed my initial opinion of the accommodations. Only suggestions: the pull out couch mattress in the living/patio room could use replacing. The bar is painful and caused the person to sleep sideways on the bed. No easy feat! Also all the beds in the other rooms had squeaking issues.
