Direct Oceanfront W/Pool - 74th St - Beautiful Views!!

We just renovated our kitchen Jan. 2024. Large 1 bedroom condo that sleeps 4, condo consists of 2 queen size beds (new in 2021), renovated bathroom (2022), all new flooring (2022), new stove (2022), new dishwasher (2022), freshly painted through out (2023), smart TV in bedroom, fully equipped renovated kitchen(2024) with large eat-in area with large table, large living room off the kitchen & dining area with gorgeous ocean views, large smart TV (new in 2020), free high speed wifi, sliders to large balcony (new patio furniture in 2021) that overlooks the pool and ocean.

The building consists of total of 59 units with 5 floors, our condo is on the 3rd floor & building has an elevator, one reserved parking. We personally use our condo and we keep it very clean and continue making improvements. With the pool and ocean a few steps away allows our 2 children to come and go. It's also easy for grandpa to walk to the pool and beach.

Walk to restaurants, shops, mini golf. Boardwalk is only 10 minutes away with amusement rides & games, unlimited shopping and restaurants and golf. Convention center is few blocks away. Great location. You will love this condo and the location. Please check our calendar, we do update it regularly.

Owners' Note: We enjoy our unit and use it frequently. Our policy is to rent to families only! Non-family, non-chaperoned, high school or college groups are NOT permitted. The minimum age limit for renters is 25. We hope you will be respectful of our property while you are visiting. Wishing you beautiful weather and a great vacation!

wonderful place just wish there was things to do for the kids like a playground or game room volleyball or tennis court, Maybe the pool can be open later then 6 its still nice out and the pool is closed and old people yell at you to get out

This beach rental was everything we hoped for and more! Everything from the parking spot, proximity to the elevator, cleanliness of the unit, views from the large balcony, distance to the beach-was absolute perfection. The condo was very clean, updated and large enough for our family! The host, Mike, answered my questions and provided recommendations for our stay. He communicated very well to make sure we had the best vacation possible! HIGHLY recommend this rental for anyone wanting an oceanfront unit with amazing views and just steps away from the beach!

Great location!

The place was so nice with a great view. Everything was clean. The location on the strip was perfect especially if you don’t want to drive everywhere. I would definitely recommend this place.

Early Oct Stay

We love the Beachmark and its location, we've been staying there for years. Mike's unit is the nicest we've stayed in. It has been recently renovated to a modern style and the decor is beautiful & beachy. We enjoy waking up in the morning and looking out at the ocean.

Perfect ocean front condo in the heart of midtown OC

This is the third unit we’ve stayed in the Beachmark and our favorite so far. Lovely unit with an updated kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds. The porch has an incredible view! Great location next to the elevator, the unit was just like the pictures. Mike is an excellent host, very responsive prior to our visit and a Nice reminder text ahead of check out.

Great location and LOVE the view from the balcony!

Booking our stay and receiving all the details from Mike is smooth and easy. Parking and easy access to the elevator (and those awesome luggage carts!) are much appreciated conveniences. Sitting on the high chairs and enjoying the view on the balcony is my happy place! Everything is clean; however, the A/C unit in the bedroom needs attention... a musty smell is constant. I did wipe the outside with a Clorox wipe... helped temporarily. Many guests were struggling with the door lock where you enter the building from the pool-side. It's so very nice to have the restrooms inside that area! All in all... we had a great week.

Like Visiting Grandma's House

The building is fairly well maintained. It is an older building with no upgrades since I would say, the late 60's. It is right now the beach, with fairly easy access. The condo was very cute, but everything is very old and run down, and as the title states, kind of like Visiting Grandma's house, not necessarily bad. The balcony is lovely. The pool was not opened, and we were not told until the day of. We chose this property because of the pool. While we were offered a cancellation exception back in March, we were offered no sort of discount for no pool amenity. The building behind the condo is kind of like Section 8 Housing. The owners stated that they planned on doing a lot of upgrades to the condo, so this review may not be pertinent for long! 😁

Great location!

This is a nice condo for two people. The balcony view of the beach and ocean is absolutely beautiful any time of the day, and we really liked the newer high chairs... makes the view even better! The balcony, unfortunately, lacked a peaceful atmosphere, as the power tools from the pool construction project blared every day. Not having the pool available was a big disappointment (though the condo owner had no control over that). The bathroom sink and faucet are looking pretty bad and should be replaced. The shower head limits the water pressure more than necessary. I feel the cleaning service just "skims the surface". It's a very nice place to stay, but it could be cleaned more thoroughly. The two A/C units smelled; especially the bedroom unit. We were lucky to have some cooler temps during our stay and we're able to get some fresh air by having the balcony door and bedroom window open. That outside air circulation is wonderful... I love having the windows open! But of course, I'm thankful for air conditioning! Our overall review: Nice place for two people (maybe four, but the sofa was uncomfortable) to stay in OCMD where you're steps away from the not-too-crowded beach and are a short walk or drive to many fantastic restaurants. We look forward to visiting again, when we can relax by the pool. *The security system in the Beachmark Condominium and this unit are top notch!

Just Perfect

This condo was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. It was clean, great size, awesome location and beautiful views of the ocean. Couldn't ask for anything better. We will definitely be back next year!

Happy with main reasons we pick this place.

My wife and I rented for a 4 night get away in late September. The main reasons we picked this place was based on it being on the beach, the view, & the balcony. Those aspects of it were great and just as we had hoped. The unit is on the 3rd floor, so the view of the ocean and watching the sunrises each morning was excellent. We saw dolphins a couple of times. The furniture on the balcony was a big plus. 2 cushioned chairs and 2 elevated chairs which allow for looking out towards the ocean without having the balcony railing in your view. The location on the beach was excellent as well & only a short walk. So for the reasons that we chose this unit, we were very happy. The parking and security were very good as well. We can not give it a 4/5 star rating as most people have, when basing our review on the entire place. It is very out dated, more so than we expected from the pictures. The bathroom sink has rust in it. I would have to question how thoroughly it is cleaned. There were hairs in the bathtub when we first arrived. Some mildew was inside the bottom corner of the shower liner where the magnets are. The tub drain didn’t drain well and water backs up into the tub. This didn’t happen during showers, but did when trying to just wash feet off and running water out of spout for a longer period. A couple of the bowls that I got out of the kitchen cabinet to use were dirty. Some of the chairs in the living room have the paint coming off of them. The coffee maker worked, but the heating element the pot sits on is covered in rust. Other issues that we also had: When we rented, there was a DVD player listed in the amenities. It has since been removed from that list. There was a DVD player, but it wasn’t hooked up and was in a drawer. It could only be hooked up to small 24” TV in the bedroom, but not the nice big TV in the living room. This was disappointing. We had planned on watching a couple of movies that we brought. I almost brought my own DVD player until I read that the unit had one. The security light outside lit up the bedroom at nighttime. I cut up a cardboard box and set it behind the curtain on the windowsill while we were there which blocked some of the light out. In the kitchen, I couldn’t open the drawers by the refrigerator to access silverware because the drawers hit the fridge. The level of cleanliness was less than expected and the level of wear was more than expected in the otherwise quaint unit based on prior reviews.

The View Is Amazing!

We were stunned by the cleanness of this property! Though the interior is dated, it was made up for by the cleanness. But the thing that we loved the most was the deck! It's huge, the furniture is super comfy, and the view is stunning!! We were surprised that there was no central AC but only window units, but the whole building is built this way. Mike was amazingly patient with our technologically challenged selves.

Best vacation!

My whole process from beginning to end was easy and pleasant. The place was perfect! Everything was clean and the view was the best part. Spent every morning watching sunrise from my balcony! Planning to book next year again!

We rented in this building for 10 years prior to purchasing our own condo in this building in 2004. We love the location to the ocean and the pool, restaurants and shops. Our beach is less crowded then other parts of Ocean City.
