Ready for a break? Oceanside 6, unit 3N is perfect for a fun, memory-filled family vacation or a quick, relaxing weekend getaway with friends. With an unobstructed, top floor view of the ocean and walk-out access to the beach, this 2BR, 1BA oceanfront unit will have you relaxing and living the beach life in no time.

This unit sleeps up to 7 and provides all the comforts of home with fantastic oceanfront views. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser and rocking chair. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and twin bed, and dresser. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishware, glasses, utensils and cookware - everything you need to prepare a meal to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the ocean or around the dining table that seats 6. The living room includes a sofa that pulls out to sleep 2, TV with cable/streaming-ready, DVD player and the perfect set-up for games and puzzles. Free wifi provided, along with convenient assigned and visitor parking behind the building. An outdoor washing station is located at the bottom of the building, ocean side, for convenience.

Oceanside 6 is located in the family-friendly, slower-paced north end of Ocean City, where the beaches are less crowded. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and plenty of family-friendly activities nearby - including multiple mini golf courses, a movie theater and Thunder Lagoon Water Park! Northside Park, with walking/biking trails, sports fields and a large playground, is excellent for children and is located just on the other side of Coastal Highway. Be sure to check the Ocean City website calendar of events for activities in the area before you book your stay - there is always something to do.

We do not rent to high school/senior week groups. No smoking. No pets. No linens provided.

Additional information about the beach:
- Life guards are duty from Memorial Day weekend thru Sunfest weekend (usually the 3rd weekend in September), 10 am to 5:30 pm. At the end of the season the number of personnel guarding the beach is reduced, so the distance between guards increases.
- All Ocean City beaches have designated smoking areas.
- No pets are allowed on the beach between May 1st thru September 30th.
- In season, beaches are machine groomed and cleaned in the evenings.
- Umbrella and chair rentals are available at kiosks on the beach.

Beautiful sunrise to sunset.

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament and unfortunately had bad weather, but the place was perfection regardless. Would 100% stay here again and looking forward to it!

Peace of Heaven

We had such an amazing time this weekend staying at Steve and Valā€™s beach house. To wake up everyday and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee, to being steps away from the beach especially with littles, was perfect. It was cute and beachy inside and Steve and Val even have children books and pack and play and high chair to accomodate families!

We had an amazing trip! The unit was very clean, well stocked, had a perfect view, and the owner paid attend to details. The balcony and direct access to the beach was wonderful and the location is so close to great food options. This place was perfect for our young family (ages 1 & 3) and we cannot wait to return!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We booked an extended weekend trip for our daughter's basketball tournament in Ocean City. This property fit our family of 4s needs perfectly. Beach front with easy access made it easy to watch the kids from the balcony. Being right off of the coastal highway made all the great restaurants and shopping destinations that much easier to get to. Will definitely consider this property again for next year!

Beautiful view, well stocked condo!

The condo was very well-stocked, we had everything we needed and more. It was a clean condo and the beautiful view from the living room and kitchen area can't be beat! The beach in this area was very quiet and we were there for Memorial Day weekend, which was really nice. It's definitely more family-oriented, about 15-20 min from the board walk by car which was fine by us since we were there mainly for the beach. Valerie was very responsive to questions we had. The check-in and check-out process was very straightforward and organized.

Great location

This property is perfectly located on a quiet spot of the beach. The condo is clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are a good size. The front bedroom gets HOT with the afternoon sun so we covered the window with cardboard to block the heat. This worked and didnā€™t bother me because the window faces the parking lot. There is a great view of the ocean and access to the waterfront is easy. Just some FYIā€™s: The outside shower is not really a shower and just a hose. It works to wash off beach chairs and feet but the water is cold so it would be difficult to rinse off your body. The bathroom is small. There is ample cabinet space to use but not a lot of room in the actual shower to store shampoo and other items. A corner shower rack would be really helpful in the space. The deck is nice and the area has a table/ chairs and Adirondack chairs to watch the ocean. The space is very close to the neighbors and split only by the stairwell. Our neighbors happen to be heavy smokers and spent a lot of time on the deck. This limited our time outside depending on the direction of the wind. Wi-Fi worked perfectly and check out was easy.

A wonderful stay

The location was perfect! Just steps from the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was lovely to watch the sun rise from the balcony. The home is very child friendly and there is so much around the area to do. It was a nice escape from the busy crowds. The owner was so incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this location for a small family!

Beautiful Location

Had a wonderful week at this property. Beautiful, clean unit with a gorgeous view. Direct access to the beach which was perfect for evening walks. Good location is regards to the coastal highway as well. Many restaurants nearby but far enough for the busier parts near the boardwalk. Loved it, highly recommended!

Breathtaking View

This property was beautiful and had many extras to offer. There were beach chairs, umbrella, pack n play, bed rail for toddlers, etc. The views were gorgeous and it was a very quiet building. We would love it even more if a washer and dryer were added in the future. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great place! Fantastic view

This is a great place to rent if you want an affordable beach front property That has a view of the entire horizon and walk out access to the beach. The location in north Ocean City has less crowded beaches and plenty of decent shops and restaurants in walking distance.The owners are conscientious and responsive to questions you might have. We are planning on coming back next season for sure if itā€™s available. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. In short, we had a great time.

Great beach front rental

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children for a weekend and truly enjoyed this beach front getaway. The location was ideal for our family, as it gave straight access and views to the waves day and night and was a short jaunt to Northwood Park for crabbing and playground fun too. Valerie is a wonderful host and keeps the rental clean and well equipped. Would not hesitate to rent here again.
