The view from the primary bedroom and main living space were absolutely gorgeous! Even though the weather was a bit too cold for part of our stay we were able to still enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean. The pool was warm enough for us to enjoy when the ocean was too cold. I thoroughly enjoyed the private beach area that was available up to 5:00 pm.

Those views really are something special, especially from the primary bedroom and living area. We're so glad you were still able to enjoy the ocean even with the cooler weather, and that the heated pool gave you a great alternative for relaxing. Weaver family of nine it was beautiful experience. A lot of space amenities were on point. Everything was walking distance. I would highly recommend this waking up to a beautiful sea was one of a kind. I would definitely return back.

You know how when you book a place and then you show up and the photo doesnā€™t look q anything like the advertisement.This place is not like that. It was as wonderful walking into this space as it resembled what we thought we booked.The booking staff were very engaging and always answers questionsā€¦ very helpful!

Mothers 80th birthday

We took our Mom on this trip for her 80th birthday and we all had a fantastic time!! It will be great memories for our family forever. The place was perfect she loved everything about it and we all enjoyed it tremendously!

Lots to love

Fantastic view and right on the beach was great. Very nice unit that was comfortable, secure and spacious. Covered reserved parking spot was a plus but the private beach area with complimentary chairs and umbrellas was a special benefit.

Paradise

This property is the definition of paradise. The building is incredibly well kept. The views from the patio and the roof top are amazing and the white sand beach and beautiful clear blue water were the icing on the cake.

Getaway

The check in process was so pleasantly easy. The property was spot on. The back porch bar and grill was conveniently located next door and the service and food was great. The beach was AMAZING. It was perfect.

The unit is amazing! We had an issue with the air and fridge on the first day, but they got it fixed within a few hours. Great location and clean. We will book again in the future. No complaints!

Amazingly spacious and well appointed

We had a group of women celebrating a 50th birthday with a girls trip. The condo was so perfect and spacious for everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms. We had a chef cook for us there and the kitchen is huge and has everything you can think of in it, The rooftop pool was great as well. we will definitely come and rent this specific condo again!

Girls trip

A wonderful week of just nine girls. The property was wonderful! There was a bed for everyone with three beautiful baths. The beach area was a problem. Boxed in between two public beaches. Lots of people everywhere, in the water , on the beach. Other than the crowding the property was beautiful enjoyed the rooftop pool so much!

Fantastic View

The condo itself is amazing, with an amazing view of Destin beaches. All the amenities in the listing are accurate. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the private beach area is about 40 yards wide, sandwiched between two small public beach areas. We were here for Memorial Day weekend, so the public beach zones were shoulder to shoulder packed. The beach attendant for our condo was required on more than one occasion to kick people out of our private beach area who had spilled over from the public zones. It was definitely distracting. I would imagine this spot would be much better during less crowded times when the public zones aren't as full. But, we enjoyed our stay, and have only positive things to say about the condo and its proximity to things to do. The view will stick with me for a while. It was beautiful. The rooftop pool and hot tub were also very cool.

No hot tub or pool as seen on site

I am very just putting in this property not the place itself, but the pool and the hot tub. It was shown on the site as having a beautiful pool and a beautiful, hot tub overlooking the water when we got there it was all closed up for renovations, and no one ever told us I wouldā€™ve booked somewhere else I am very upset And it really affected our time away. I did contact the property manager they gave me $100 which considering how much we paid for the unit was a drop in the bucket. So if youā€™re going to book this place, make sure that you find out if the pool in the hot tub are in working order. So disappointed.
