Great access and proximity to beach. Very quiet cul de sac. Make sure and get the extra consumables for your stay at the grocery store (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels)

The property was clean and located in a great location, right in the middle of everything. Plan to stay there again as soon as we are able. Would recommend the property and area to anyone. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Great home and location

This is a great home, and the location can't be beat! I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of cleanliness and lack of a few amenities. The dishwasher had mold throughout as did the tiles in the master bathroom shower. Additionally, there were no wine glasses (which is minor but wanted to note as it is a vacation property), and only 3 towels were provided in the master bathroom for a 3 night stay. Overall, we really enjoyed the property and the location as it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach, but there are some changes that could be made to make it an even better guest experience.

Great property between Rosemary and Watersound

The house was very clean and centrally located. Easy access to beach just across 30A. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes.

Beautiful Home

The home was a perfect location for family and the beach. It was decorated so quaintly and was very comfortable. The hosts were accommodating to our family when we showed up a day early by mistake! We hope to stay there again.

So Clean!

A wonderful place to stay for five women on a girls' trip to the Emerald Coast. Enough room for everyone. Impressed by the cleanliness and proximity to the beach, as well as restaurants and shopping. Beds are super comfy. We didn't cook in the kitchen but enjoyed lazy mornings sipping coffee and chatting. Plenty of seating and comfortable couches and accent chairs. Used the community pool once--had it all to ourselves.

Great location, responsive property management

Overall we had a great stay, the house is well taken care of and has tons of space. It's right across from the beach. The only issue we encountered was an outdated code for the beach entry, but it was rectified quickly. Would definitely return!

The place was as described along with the amenities. Location was perfect for access to the beach and the pool was very convenient. Management was quickly responsive to communication which was wonderful. I am hopeful that cleanliness pieces will be addressed for future guests.The unfortunate thing about our stay was the cleanliness. We had trash on the front porch at our arrival and full trash cans that never went out in time for pick up from previous guests. There was food on the floor in the kitchen and on the windowsills along the staircase. The stairs had sticky spots on them from something spilled and the light switches downstairs had grime on them. The master bathroom has mold and mildew deeply embedded in the grout and there was a pile of sand in the corner of the shower. The downstairs bed had a neatly made bed, but the sheets had sand in them and we had to scramble to find sheets to change them. The upstairs master had a dirty comforter with someone's makeup or tanner, and the couch and chair covers have stains on them. We DID report with accompanying pictures and they sent someone to the place to address the bedding, shower, and switches, but they were unable to make an impact on mold and mildew present in the grout. We absolutely left the place cleaner than it was received which was disappointing. We have stayed in multiple places, but this is the first one that has a different management company.

Nice home, but not as nice as the photos

Overall a lovely home as far as decor, but showing its age through wear & tear. As an example, the rocking chairs on the upper balcony are breaking apart; and the king bed in the second master suite must be +15 years old. Additionally, although the management company is responsible and courteous, this property is managed very "corporately" and that shows up both in the length of their contract, as well as the lack of utensils and supplies throughout the house. Examples: bring your own shampoo, they don't provide any; bring your own paper towels, they only provide 2 rolls but expect you to clean up; bring you own broom, you have to leave the place clean but better use the vaccuum; etc. Lastly, our stay was inconvenienced by the downstairs Air Conditioning unit being out when we arrived. To management's credit, even on Sunday evening, they responded on their emergency line and the following morning sent their own repairman, then later an hvac tech. But it wasn't repaired in a single day because the Owner had to approve a repair that cost less than half the rate of our stay and by the time that was done, we were 2 out of our 4 nights without AC. Management's policy only resulted in a very modest partial refund, even though it was half the home (3 out of 4 bedrooms) without AC for half of our stay. Even without the inconvenience of the AC disruption, I'll be looking elsewhere for my next VRBO to find a home that is more accommodating of a comfortable and pleasant experience.

We apologize that the AC was causing issues upon your check-in but after further review, our staff worked as diligently and quickly as possible in regard to protocols to get it addressed and fixed for you and your guests. It is also mentioned in the contracts that these issues may arise during your stay due to the extreme Florida heat.
