Location: This newly built villa is located in a beautiful district (Montebello) of Camaiore and is located in a hilly and quiet location. The house looks into the Tuscan countryside and is located in a large fenced plot with old olive trees. The large swimming pool from mid-May to late September (12 x 6m x 1.2 m to 2.5 m) is available to our guests and another apartment (if this is rented). The location is very nice and quiet.
The shopping can be done on foot in Camaiore (about 1km). There you will find all the infrastructures.
Facilities: The house (a rebuilt farmhouse) offers with 2 apartments of about 160 m² area plenty of space for 10-12 people. Entrance - garden - large well-kept pool. The apartments can be booked individually and also together. Herewith we offer the upper apartment:
Apartment A suitable for 6 people: The apartment offers a living-dining room with fireplace - an eat-in kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds - a bedroom with a single bed which is extendable to the double bed - 2 bathrooms. Terrace and garden.
At your disposal: dishwasher - oven - video / TV - fireplace - barbecue - garden furniture - parking in the grounds.
A large parking lot is located at the house - the property is fenced and equipped with an electric iron gate. The apartments have heating.

To be paid on site: Final cleaning €75, non-optional.
Deposit €200, non-optional. Additional costs: Electricity, gas, water, non-optional €50 per week. Bed linen and towels optional €10 per person. Heating according to consumption (gas €5 per m³).
