This 10 bedroom resort home in the resort community of Windsor Island will be the perfect home for your next family vacation. This home is located in the perfect area to reach the fun-filled destinations of the rest of your vacation. Only 20 minutes away from most major Orlando attractions, your spacious vacation home will include:

10 bedrooms (sleeps up to 20 people)
8 bathrooms
Private pool & spa
Fully equipped, modern kitchen
Full-size washer & dryer
Internet & Wi-Fi

Full, free access to resort amenities

PLEASE NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND

PLEASE NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR E-CIGS IN ANY PART OF THE HOME

There is a private, screened pool , lounge chairs, patio seating, spa (pool heating is an ADDITIONAL FEE), and a safety gate. Each bathroom is equipped with 1 roll of toilet paper (additional toilet paper is the guest's responsibility). We will provide 1 pool towel & 1 bath towel per guest capacity.

PARKING: Please abide by parking guidelines provided by Windsor Island. There is a 5 car maximum per home. Tropical Escape Vacation Homes is NOT responsible for any towing charges.

TRASH PICKUP: Please utilize the garbage can located in front of the garage. Trash pickup is every day.

CHECK-IN ACCESS: This home is protected by an electronic lock in which you will receive details according to how you booked your home. Check-in time is at 4PM. Please call our office for checking in early.

RESORT ACCESS: Each guest has full, free access the amenities at the Clubhouse:

Great home to stay in with a large family!

This was a beautiful home, but unfortunately, it was not clean properly, the toilet paper all through the house was used, the jacuzzi was cracked, the furniture was broken, doors were with damaged from punches or Kicks, the paint was peeling off in many areas, at leat 7 tvs were not working, the fridge shelves were broken! We couldn't find any cleaning supplies, not even a broom, the pool enclosure was ripped. The stove and oven would turn off by itself in the middle of cooking! We contacted tropical vacation escapes, which is the company taking care of the place, as VRBO was of no help, they sent someone to check everything, they agreed there was a lot of damage on the property, but couldn't do anything at the time, because we were there. But to my surprise, when we were leaving, they were only cleaning for the next guest, instead of fixing all the issues, which there were more than what I mentioned. That is without the situation of driving in to the resort for the first time, the line could take up to 1 hour! I feel this was not a good experience for me, and think because of these issues, we should get at least 50% refund of what we paid! Very disappointing to spend so much money in a place that was not up to the expectations and advertising! VRBO did NOT do a good job, helping us with the situations we encounter!

While the overall condition of the home and rooms etc. was good, we did encounter some issues :1.Although we paid for the heated pool , both the pool and adjacent hot tub were cold. It took several calls and couple of days to get this problem fixed.2. Also, some of the rooms didn't have enough towels , soaps etc. - these were never attended to.3. Bathrooms did not have non-slip mats and after shower, floor tends to get sleepery

Big enough for football team

Our group was quite big- our boys play football & had an all star weekend. This house comfortably fit 7 Families! All the adults had king beds and the kids had plenty of room too. Loved the 2 separate living spaces- down & upstairs. The only negative is the couches & pool closes early. Very close to Publix & Walmart. The pool was great, lazy river & slides were fun. Pool at the house is also full size- not like the tiny ones other homes have. Booking was super easy and checkin was fine too.

A Great Home!!!!

My family and I booked this home for our family vacation and WE LOVED IT!!!! Upon arrival we were amazed because the home has been updated and the pictures listed do it no justice. Everything was AMAZING!!! The house was very neat and clean when we arrived. There were some issues with the AC, but we contacted the after hours number and maintenance came within an hour and took care of it. The kiddies enjoyed the pool, upstairs game area, and they couldn't stop raving about the Frozen, Harry Potter, & Avengers themed rooms. This house is definitely spacious and perfect for a large group. If considering this house for your family vacation I would definitely say DO NOT HESITATE, BOOK IT IMMEDIATELY!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Clearly, not what I signed up for.

This house has me so conflicted. We were a party of 13, this house sleeps 20. The house absolutely sleeps 20, but it doesn’t “live” 20. The living spaces are not furnished to handle the amount of guests that it sleeps. You can not gather in one room for a meal at the same time. There’s certainly not enough seating in the rooms where there are large televisions. If you need crash space, because you will never be in the house, this will cover it. If you plan to spend time in the house, look elsewhere. I will note this was not the original house I had selected after looking at many houses, the one I selected seemed to have it all. I was notified a few months later that the house was no longer available, and they selected a new house that was larger for the swap. I was going through a health crisis and went with what they offered, as it would have been too much for me to look for a new house. I accepted this substitution. Had I been in my right mind, I probably would not have selected this house as an original rental based on the other choices in the VRBO catalog. • Things to know o General • Upkeep/Cleaning - This house is listed as brand new, and based on the construction still in the area, I believe it. However, they have left the walls construction white, and everything has scuffs and marks on the walls and it looks old already. The sofas are pilling and not in good shape already, and there were stains on some of the bedding. The toilet seats are cheap and broken in some of the bathrooms. When I rent a house, I like to think of the cleaning fee is for the cleaning before I take ownership of the house as well as the one that took place once I left. There was a moldy coffee filter still in the coffee pot, and there were crumbs on the sofa. This was not cleaned as it should have been. Some of the bathrooms though clean, were not what I would like and that’s on me. However, there are no supplies for cleaning in the house and you can not fix what isn’t right without going out to buy supplies. • Garbage Pickup is stated to be daily. The can was still full from the previous tenants on the second day. Not sure the schedule but we brought in catered dinner that night for the 13 of us and had nowhere to go with the garbage. • The décor in this house is basic. The sofas are annoying as they are just modular pieces and slide apart on the tile floor. Some of the furniture is much older looking than the house. I

First and foremost, pictures are deceiving! This property is very dated and does not look like the pictures. This property is in need of some TLC and preventative maintenance. When we arrived 4th of July week, we pulled up to the garbage can overflowing with trash and all on the ground. Obviously had missed the trash pick up for that day! That sat all night until the next morning. The housekeepers were still there trying to wash and dry wash cloths and towels. Don’t believe that you will receive one set per bathroom. Not true barely had one of each for a house for 10 people. Toilet seat discolored in Master Bedroom, No WiFi, No Internet Connection, No TV working, toilet tissue holders hanging off the walls, carpet soiled need shampooing. We were totally disappointed to arrive for a seven night vacation to a property that has not been maintained for a while. My family was very upset that we paid for a poor house. We only stayed one night and quickly moved into another property the very next day! My advice to everyone read the reviews and do your homework before booking this property!
