A Bayside Treasure - Outstanding Waterfront Views!!

Our spacious (1400 sq. ft.) luxurious third floor condominium has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated!! This top floor condominium has a spectacular view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and 18' screened lanai with sliding glass doors.

Access to our Non-Smoking unit is by a private stairway. You can stroll to Siesta Key's famous white sand Crescent Beach (Picked as America's Best Beach by Dr. Beach) via a private walkway located just across the street. Fish or boat in the private lagoon. Swim in the heated pool located next to the clubhouse, enjoy a game of tennis on the on site courts, or just wander the beautifully landscaped 14 acre complex.

Our unit is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in every room. The living room features a Genuine Ekornes Stressless leather recliner and leather sectional with ottoman,plus 50' HD Smart TV, DVR for your viewing enjoyment, DVD/Blue Ray Player, and stereo with CD player. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, separate dressing area with walk-in closet, and 32' flat-screen cable TV. It also has a new Lenovo Computer for your use, with Frontier hi-speed wireless Router/Modem, plus Hewlett-Packard Printer/Copier/Fax/Scanner.

WE PROVIDE FREE Frontier Local and Long-Distance calling to US, Canada and Puerto Rico!!

The guest bedroom has twin beds, large closet, flat screen 19' cable TV, and completely remodeled bathroom. All necessary linens are provided, and a full-sized washer and dryer are in the unit.

Our chef’s kitchen is fully equipped, and provides features which include a built-in glass cook top, built-in oven/microwave, chef’s cutlery, Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, and all the cookware and dishes you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. Housekeeping is provided at the conclusion of your stay, so you don't have to do any heavy cleaning as your visit is coming to an end. Supplementary housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Public transportation is available nearby for more distant exploration. Sarasota has world-renowned shopping, fine dining and cultural attractions, and is located within easy driving distance of the most famous tourist destinations in Florida.

Another wonderful stay in the condo.It ticks all the boxes and more. Helpful host,spotless condo with a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful sunrises and view of the boats travelling up and down the intercostal waterway from the lanai. Looking forward to returning.

This is by far the cleanest and most well stocked kitchen of any place we have stayed. Ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, frying pans, even an air fryer. Jim & Aubrey were so helpful to answer any and all questions in a quick & friendly manner. This unit had salt & pepper, spices, dishwasher and dish soap, garbage bags, hand soap, laundry soap, you name it - it was there! We appreciated the beach towels, wagon to haul the beach chairs, boogies boards, and beach towels to the beach. You could walk or drive about 2 miles down to the public entrance to Siesta Beach. The pool was an easy 4-minute walk. Each morning we’d have coffee on the lanai. We saw dolphins and manatees and loved watching the boats come in & out. Access on and off the key was super easy. This place truly felt like home and we hope to be back!

Everything you could want or need!

The condo was even better than the pictures! Everything was spotless and anything you could think of that your family may want or need was provided. The view from the patio was beautiful with lots of boats going by. The property was very clean and quit. About a 10 min walk to the beach through private beach access. Overall will definitely return to this condo next time we are in Siesta Key! Thank you

All Amenities Provided!

The condo was immaculate upon arrival! It was well stocked with anything you could want or need for a family vacation! Beach essentials - beach towels, chairs, wagon, beach umbrellas & cooler. Plenty of clean linens and towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever found while being on a vacation - even a deep steam pot, which came in handy when we cooked a low country boil with crab legs! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and having breakfast and dinner while watching boats come and go. The owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The master bedroom mattress was very firm and as side sleeper, that was a bit uncomfortable which I think could easily be fixed with a mattress topper but that’s the only small suggestion I would make. Overall, a great property and would definitely book again!

Fantastic view

Very comfortable with fantastic view of the intercoastal. So close to the beach and everything you could think of for a beach day. Hosts communicate quickly and were nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this amazing retreat.

Wonderful condo and location

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean. The kitchen has everything imaginable for cooking/meal prep. We enjoyed eating on the patio with the view of the Inter -coastal waterway. We saw many boats and even spotted a couple of dolphins. The beach is a short walk away. Jim and Audrey, our hosts were just a message/phone call away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Siesta Key/Sarasota.

Nice location

This condo is just as pictured. It was very clean and has a well stocked kitchen if you would choose to cook while visiting. The location was nice…a short walk to beach and restaurants and small village grocery store. The best part was boat watching from the lanai.

Nice spot

The condo had everything we needed and is well laid out. Very clean and nice! The pictures in the ad looked exactly like the real thing. We have stayed on both the bayside and oceanside. You get more room for the price on the bay side with just a little more walk to the beach. The view from the Lanai was very nice to be able to watch boats go by. We ended up seeing a couple of dolphins swimming alongside a yacht and one manatee while eating lunch. The Siesta Key area is great, a lot of restaurants, feels really safe for a family and a great vacation spot. Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful stay is Siesta Key

A Bayside Treasure for sure! Well appointed, well stocked condo was exactly as described. Waterfront view of inter-coastal was awesome way to to start every day. The location was also good with short walk to beach, stores, market, and restaurant. We hope to be back soon!

Fabulous condo

We have been visiting the area for 20 years and have never experienced anything like this stay. Normally absolutely nothing is provided but when we arrived having done a full publix shop we saw that the owners were kind enough to leave condiments, washing liquids, and a very well equipped kitchen. We left for Longboat key today and the difference is huge. The condo does not even provide anything plastic for pool use so we had to buy glasses etc. Lisa and Mat Norton

Very nice

Very peaceful and relaxing. Highlight was see the manatees and dolphins in the evening from the balcony. Description was accurate . Owners were helpful and gave very detailed instructions.

We have stayed twice. You cannot beat this location! Make sure everyone in your party is able to handle walking up stairs to access the condo. The patio view is so beautiful watching the boats come and go. Very responsive hosts.

Excellent Condo

The condo was so clean, comfortable and in a great location. We loved watching the boats and dolphins from the lanai. I can honestly say I don’t think I have ever stayed at a place so well equipped with anything and everything you could ask for. The kitchen is more stocked than my house! And we enjoyed all of the items that made going to the beach so much fun. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Exceptional Condo

You should not pass up an opportunity to stay at this beautiful and spacious condo. Everything you need is here! Every appliance is here. Soaps and paper goods in abundace. All you need to buy during your stay is food. Umbrellas, chairs, wagon, coolers, and towels, are here. We stayed for two weeks. It was the best vacation we ever took. The beaches, including Turtle Beach, were all magnificent.

Wonderful vacation

As usual, our visit was wonderful! Audrey and Jim are excellent hosts who pay special attention to ensuring a comfortable, well-equipped, and enjoyable experience. They are very easy to communicate with and always prompt with replies. Their condo is lovely and offers great views of the waterway! We look forward to our next visit!

If you like watching boats, this place is for you

We had a wonderful time here. Everything that you need is here for you. Stocked kitchen, thick towels and comfy beds. Great communication with owners. I loved watching the boats and sunrises on the enclosed porch. I loved being here and would definitely recommend it to anyone that is visiting the siesta key area.
