This is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Right on a canal with river access also a great spot for boaters. Friendly and quiet neighborhood not far away from shopping and dining places.

The electric heated private Pool surrounded by a pool cage will make your vacation unforgettable. Comfortable outdoor furniture with loungers and seating area together with an electric BBQ grill invite to have nice evenings out there. From here, there are beautiful views of the canal.

On-site help and property administration: Our property manager will take you on a tour of the house and is available during your stay should you need any advise or assistance.
Electric charge : Allowance $35/week over usage $0.15 /kWh

Great home and pool

Pool was great and heater worked amazing.Home was well equipped and clean. Beach chairs would have been a plus! Property manager was very responsive!

The hosts were outstanding. The reason I did not give an excellent rating is just a couple of items.Swim deck needs to be redone and the beach towels should have been retired awhile ago. We did purchase some towels and they reimbursed us for those. Very kind.

The location of the house on the cannel only short 10 minute ride out to the river was a plus. The house is starting to look dated. Needs some attention.

Wonderful vacation, perfect location

We were looking forward to a relaxing stay with a pool, proximity to the beach, and boat rental. This property fits that perfectly. The home was well stocked, clean, and offered everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. We appreciated the extras (a cooler and body boards that we took to the beach, as well as plenty of beach towels to use during our stay) and the quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Sandra, was responsive and kind. We wished we had the ability to stay longer and would definitely return.

Great stay

We stayed in the house for a bit more than 2 weeks. House was as described.Clean, well equipped, nice pool. Very quiet area, totally relaxing, sunsets from the pool or the dock are just amazing. Sanibel, Ft Myers, Sarasota and Naples are within 30 - 60 min. Hosts Sandra and Kay are great, they even took time to check in and out in person. Recommend to stay there, will return.

Palm Oasis of Relaxation

This is our 3rd year in a row renting a home in Cape Coral for our family vacation. I can't say enough good things about the property management team at this house. They are prompt, communicate so well, and are kind. The house is well stocked for long days o. The bea h and by the pool. We seam with manatees on Sandibel, rented a boat for several days, saw countless dolphins, rays, and got free shells to take home. We loved our time here. Our only complaint is that ot went by so fast!

Overall property was fantastic! I was surprised once I arrived to find out that I would be responsible for electricity costs for the week. It was not in the Listing, however, after thoroughly combing through the fine print in the "rental agreement it was in there".

The experience was good. The house has everything. Very clean. Would recommend. The weather was chilly the majority of time we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we had hoped. It’s a great outdoor space.

Great stay around Christmas time

Vice nice house, pool was wonderful - got very lucky with 80s in December. Everything was as shown in the photos. Easy check-in process, simple check-out.

As always, this was a fantastic stay

This was our 3rd time renting this property in the last 10 months. The home is perfect and has all that you could want in a Florida vacation spot ....especially the pool. We highly recommend this property.

Quiet Getaway, Close to Beaches

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was stocked with everything we needed from beach/pool towels to beach chairs and umbrellas. There was more than enough space for our family of four and we were quite comfortable during our week-long stay. When I had questions, Sandra responded right away and took care of us quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the house everything was amazing. The beds were a little uncomfortable but nothing that wasn’t bearable. The house was super clean and just as listed. We drove a few days to captiva island which was a 45 mins drive totally worth it. Sandra was very attentive to all of our needs. Recommend this property and would go back again. Thanks!

Wonderful house

Our family of 4 stayed at this home for a week and was a great experience. The house looks exactly like the pictures for the most part minus the dock not having any chairs or seating but we didn't spend much time out there so no big deal. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bathroom towels and beach/ pool towels. The kitchen was well stocked as far as utensils, plates, bowels and cups. My recommendation to renters is check pots and pans if you're planning on cooking to make sure there is enough. We had plenty but just throwing that out there for folks who cook alot. Pool was nice, exactly as pictured. Was very refreshing to swim when we wanted. Was also nice to use the garage to park the car in. There were 4 chairs to use for the beach but if you need an umbrella there was not one at the house. Walmart had them for $15. The house does have 2 umbrella anchors. I put them in the beach chair bags to easily transport to beach. Nice quiet neighborhood, we were respectful to the neighbors as if it was our house and they were respectful and cordial back. I'dd recommend the same to anyone, it's not a party house. Relax and enjoy. Sandra was great. She communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond when we had questions. Wonderful lady. We will definitely keep this house on the top of the list for the next time we visit the area.

Good experience

The property was nice and clean. Stores and restaurants are within minutes. I would highly recommend renting the boat. The boat was nice and it made for a nice day on the water. The property manager was nice and friendly to deal with.
