You are looking for a quiet and lovely furnished vacation rental with outstanding canal view boat dock and Gulf access, situated in SW Cape Coral?
You have found it - welcome to the 'Lazy Pelican'!
You'll find a perfect place, located at a saltwater canal intersection and close to the beach and the Marina of Cape Coral and to many restaurants and bars on and around the Cape Coral Parkway - this home has everything to enjoy life under the Florida sun.
A lot of space with 3 bedrooms (two of them with kingsize beds), 2 bathrooms and split floor plan with generous living and dining areas make your vacation nearly wantless, with all the amenities you have at your own home, but with the big advantage of Florida's sunshine.
In the Family Room you'll find a 55' 4K LED TV for your entertainment. Master and the second bedroom has king size beds and LCD TVĀ“s. Third bedroom is a twin room.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast nook.
The large poolarea welcomes you with a large electric heated pool, nice sunbeds, adirondeckchairs, and a big gas grill for making big steaks.
The fenced backyard include a variety of palm trees, orange and avocado trees. There are also a dock and a boat rental can be arranged and delivered dockside.
For your convenience, there are numerous restaurants and shops close to the house. As well as the small but beautiful and family-friendly beach of Cape Coral.
Surveillance devices
The driveway and entrance area in front of the house are monitored by a camera within approximately 30 feet for security purposes only.
This camera is located on the power pole in front of the house. Areas where guests can expect reasonable privacy are not monitored. Areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy will not be monitored. Compliance with Vrbo's guidelines for monitoring devices in a property is hereby guaranteed.

Lazy Pelican retreat

This was a Great house in a very convenient, yet quiet location. The house was spotless and check-in could not have been easier. We made an afternoon trip to Sanibel and Captiva, which was also beautiful! We would definitely stay there again!

Location was wonderful. We were close to restaurants and shopping as well as having a short easy drive to Ft. Myers to visit friends. We had 3 additional family members stay with us for a 4 day weekend and they were easily accommodated.

Great place to stay in Cape Coral!

great shape. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything youā€™d need to cook and grill. The grocery store is .5 miles from the house with lots of great restaurants nearby. We used the home as a great base for day trips and enjoyed the room to spread out and recover from the Florida heat. The swimming pool was a great bonus for lazy afternoons at home. We would love to visit again.

Wonderful!

This property was awesome. The house was tastefully done, organized and in a safe location. Beds comfortable. The pool a perfect temp and a nice size. We enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting on the patio viewing the canal activity. The neighborhood is quiet. We will book again!

A Little Piece of Heaven!!

We had an absolutely lovely and restful time at the Lazy Pelican!!! Everything was exactly as stated on the listing. The decor was beachy and furniture very comfy!!! Location was perfect and central to everything!!! Great restaurants, beaches, and day trip options!!! Had a wonderful time on Sanibel Island!! Glad to see the continued recovery from the hurricane!! Will look forward to returning in the future!!!

Wonderful Place for Warmth, Rest & Relaxation

Check in process was very smooth. Received the key code and everything went smoothly. The house was accurately depicted and described. The Internet speed was more than sufficient (we were working remotely). We highly recommend this to a small family or or 1-2 couples that are looking to escape to Sunny Cape Coral.

Paradise Awaits

Upon entering the Lazy Pelican you can feel the cleanliness of the home. The house and property were exactly as described. The pool was amazing, especially because you can swim with a view of the intersecting canals. We stayed for 5 days and we did NOT want to come back home. Relaxation, rest, and rejuvenation. Great location.

Nice Stay at Lazy Pelican

The Star of this Property is the ā€œLanai/Poolā€ that faces East and you can watch the Sunrise w Coffee every morning. The Dock & Deck on the Canal was also very nice and could fish or just sit and watch the Wildlife in the Area. A very nice Pool that gets shade from the Sun in the mid to late Afternoon. Property is on a Main Street but was mostly quiet at night and overall the house is nice and we got lucky w the weather. If you stay at this property you may want to stop at Dollar Store as we had to purchase extra TP, Paper Towels, Bar Soap, Shampoo, spices for cooking. Overall we would certainly consider this property to stay in the Future.
