3 Bed 2 Bath Heated Pool Home W/ Western Exposure In Cape Coral

This home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood, where walking and bike riding are regular activities. It is well situated with the heated pool and lanai area facing West but the way it sits you also get southern to take advantage of the Florida sunshine all afternoon.

The home has a traditional Florida style home with a split floor plan. The master suite is on the north side of the home and guest accommodations are on the south side. The home will accommodate six guests with beds.

Our guests are offered a choice of sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while one of the guest bedrooms offers a queen mattress and the other bedroom is equipped with twin beds. All Mattresses and bedding come with an abundance of pillows and extra blankets.

The updated kitchen is open to the living area and pool/Lanai. Cabinets are well stocked with pots and pans to make meal time a pleasant experience for guests choosing to “eat in”.

Outside, our lanai has lounge chairs and a sectional Patio set with plush cushions and a gas firepit/table for cool evenings gatherings. A table for 2 and a grill for outdoor cooking near the pool provides another alternative for mealtime.

This home has a heated pool, bikes for enjoying the Cornwallis bike lanes, Flat screen TV with streaming service and has high speed internet service with Wi-Fi available throughout the home. All the bedrooms have TV's Now!!

Shopping for family needs is nearby, as are a variety of restaurants and entertainment.

The Islands of Captiva and Sanibel with their beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico are a short distance from the front door for those looking to spend some time on the sand or in the water. There is approximately a 8 min to drive to Cape Coral Beach, 30 minutes by car to Fort Myers Beach, in 30 minutes by car to Sanibel Island and 20 more to Captiva through Sanibel. We have beach chairs and a cooler that will help make the time at the beach comfortable and cool.

Baseball fans will enjoy the presence of spring training facilities for two major league teams and one minor league team in Ft Myers approximately 25 min away.

There are major shopping outlets in Bonita called Miramar for those looking for some outlet shopping. The Ford-Edison Estates, the Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Center, some of the best new restaurants and other nearby attractions ensure that guests will have a variety of ways to make use of their time, returning at night to our home with all of the comforts your home!
