Amazing location and cozy condo feel! You're winning at life in this condo!

With brand new custom cabinetry, flooring, heaters, interior doors and appliances, this renovated open concept 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo has the cozy feel you want in a mountain retreat. This place has it all!

The giant sectional (with queen pull out) invites you to fall into it. Baskets of super cozy blankets make it easy to disconnect from your everyday routine, and not want to leave. The natural gas fireplace and 70 inch smart TV set the tone for whatever vibe you're looking for.

While chatting with your friends/family relaxing on the sectional, get your Gordon Ramsay on (minus all the yelling) in the fully stocked kitchen with large eat-in island. Equipped by owners with a hospitality background, this condo has everything you need for a 5 star meal.

The Coffee Bar makes your early morning cup of Joe a breeze!

Throw some big steaks or veggies on the gas grill, right next to the enclosed hot tub.

Sit on the 2nd story garden-facing deck and take in some of that pure Colorado air.

Don't feel like cooking? A short walk to Main St. for a breakfast pastry and coffee, or dinner is a breeze, and incredibly scenic.

Queen bed in the master, 2 bunkbeds in the guest bedroom, and pull out sectional allow this condo to sleep 8 comfortably. Master bedroom has a pack and play for little ones as well, if needed.

Pack less, and use the brand new washer and dryer.

Private ski storage during winter season adjacent to condo door.

You will have use of the entire condo. Upon check-in we will provide more information about access, wifi, and the ski closet.

Guests have the ability to park for FREE in either the underground parking garage or outdoor spaces.

There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended.

This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We recommend hydrating a few days before arrival to help prevent altitude sickness.

Excellent location and property

This condo was very updated and had all the conveniences we needed. The location was an easy walk to the ski lift and an easy walk to downtown. The owner was very communicative and helpful. My family enjoyed our ski vacation very much and would definitely stay there again.

Great host

David was responsive and super helpful esp about restaurants, where to get ski equipment and getting around. Plenty of space for 5 people (2 adults/3 kids).

Perfect location!

We loved this property for so many reasons! It was the perfect size for our family of 6 and the location was perfect for skiing and going into town. We didn't have to get in our car at all since we could walk to get our ski rentals and the lift. In the evenings the walk to town is short as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Friends Trip!

My friends and I stayed here as a yearly girls trip and we were blown away. The photos don’t do this place justice - it was a perfect condo! The host was very attentive and gave us great advice, recs and helped make sure everything was in proper order. It is the perfect distance to the slopes and shops. We will be back!!

Perfect Christmas in Breckenridge

David’s place had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The location could not be beat. We were halfway between the Snowflake Lift and town and we definitely took advantage of both. David Was very responsive to questions and requests both before and during our trip. I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Breck that is convenient to both the mountain and town.

Annual Ski Trip

The property was very clean and in a convenient location to downtown. There is a lot of space to spread out and a large sofa for everyone to relax after a long day. There is a bus stop across the street if you don’t want to make the short walk to the Snowflake lift and you’re able to ski down lower 4 O’Clock back to the condo.

Excellent spring break!

My family of 6 (4 teenagers) loved this property. It has great space and layout for all of us. The kitchen has everything you could need. It’s location is right on the bus route which is super helpful. You can walk to the snowflake lift, but it is uphill. That’s hard in the snow and ice while carrying skis. But coming home via 4 o’clock run is awesome. Just walk across the street and you’re home. Owners were super responsive and offered tips for good things in the area. All in all an excellent vacation!

Great location, great communication

We had a great stay at this property. The location was wonderful, especially with 3 young kids. The hosts were quick to respond to any minor issues we had. A couple things: the window coverings in the bedrooms could be updated to allow more sunlight to be blocked out if desired. They were difficult to open/close. We had an issue with only having one fan in the unit (we needed one/bedroom)… but the hosts were quick to have another sent over! Lastly, the master bedroom has a super hard mattress. My husband had to sleep downstairs on the couch because it was too uncomfortable. However, I’m sure some people prefer a very hard/firm mattress, so might not be a negative. Overall we had a wonderful, comfortable stay and loved being so close to Main St! It’s super helpful when the hosts are so accessible! We would stay here again :)

Very nice place

Everything was quite nice. Two suggested improvements. Replace hot tub cover after it gets ragged out. The fireplace turns on with a timer which is very nice, but it has a loud fast tick tick tick that negates the ambiance.

Details of the property were accurate. Location to ski lift was key and walk to town was easy. So nice to have dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent included!

Fun Stay

Very nice place and close to everything. We found the heat did not work so well in some areas. Had to put the heat on 80 downstairs in order to be comfortable and we are not into high heat at all. Also noticed in guest room that there was a bottle under one of the beds that was left there so cleaning people maybe did not do a great job. Everything else except for the pillows seemed brand new. King bed would have been great! Also felt that checking in was a bit too late specially when check out is early and towels should have been folded and put away before next guests come in. Kitchen had all new items which was a plus.

Thank you for your stay and feedback Adriana! Will address the bottle with the cleaning company, thank you for bringing to our attention. The heat does need to be set higher downstairs vs. upstairs, will add that to our guide book and notes upon check in. 4 pm in high season is the standard check-in time for most properties there. With Covid and the labor shortage in Breck, we don't promise early check-ins, but sometimes we can accommodate. Glad you enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the killer location. Appreciate the feedback, it will help us do even better.

Originally from NJ, live in West Palm Beach, FL area now. Have a beautiful wife, 2 young boys, and an older step-son. Love golf, skiing, eating, drinking, and coaching youth baseball.

Grew up skiing in NJ, NY and VT. Took a few trips out west and fell in love with the CO mountains. Honeymooned in Breck, almost opened a restaurant in Denver, and one of my partners on this property lived in Denver and spent most of his ski/snowboard days in Breck. This location has it all, ski-in with a short walk to the condo, 4-5 minute walk to the lift and Main Street. The rental shop next to the lift will hold your gear. We couldn't pass up the location!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Location, location, location, plus just fully updated! While our condo is nicely and fully appointed, the location is prime! Walk in your sneakers to the rental shop, who holds your equipment overnight, pop your boots and skis on, and jump on the lift! Ski down to them, or ski to Beaver Run lift and shuttle back to that shop in 3 minutes. Walk back to the condo in sneakers or snow boots. You can also ski-in and leave your stuff in the ski closet at the condo. Personally, I don't like carrying my gear, so leave overnight. Pro tip: If you have your own gear, try tipping the staff at the rental shop to hold on to it for you overnight.
