Skiwatch 424 offers TRUE ski-in ski-out on Peak 8. Walk out the door, click into your bindings and schuss down to your choice of SuperChair lifts or the gondola. Ski back for lunch or to change clothes. Enjoy the view of the Continental Divide and the Arapaho National Forest while relaxing in front of your own gas fireplace. And we're REMODELING! New flooring, paint, dining room table, flat panel televisions, the works. We'll post photos presently.

Skiwatch offers underground garage parking, a newly refurbished interior and exterior, including a new and bigger deck off the living room, an elevator steps from your door, a sauna, a laundry room, exclusive ground floor ski storage, lounge areas, plus hot tubs overlooking the ski slopes!

If skiing and riding is not enough, enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing, or a sleigh ride dinner at the Breckenridge Nordic Center just down the road. Breckenridge is only an eye-catching gondola ride away, and offers hockey, ice skating, a state of the craft recreation center, shopping, restaurants, and the right night life to cap a perfect day on the slopes at the perfect ski location - Ski Watch!

Great Ski In, Ski Ou

Love the property, real clean and comfortable. Great ski lockers and only a few steps to the slopes and to the base of peak 8. Easy to get back at end of day. Alot of room the the apartment and was always comfortable. We will be booking again.

Great location for spring skiing

Clean, comfortable with a good amount of space for two families w elementary age kids. Photos don’t do justice. Plenty of humidifiers for the dry air. Kitchen with everything we needed for making a week of meals (with a good knife set). Common room down the hall was used a few times for board games. Only issue was heat in the common room and hallway seemed busted (consistently 88 degrees- but was being worked on.

The Best Ski in Ski out

We absolutely love staying at ski watch. Not crowded. We have stayed many times at ski watch but this was our first stay in this condo. The living room furniture is extremely comfortable. We watched a movie every night after skiing all day. Kitchen was stocked great. We had everything we needed. My favorite part was all the hangers down the hall for skiing clothing. We just love Breckenridge and Ski Watch and we can not wait to be back.

Great stay

We have stayed at Ski Watch for several years but this was our first time in 424. There were only 4 of us so we didn't use the loft area but it's a great option if you have a larger group. Comfortable seating in the living room and kitchen was well stocked. Marc was very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay. We've already booked our stay for next year!

True Ski-In / Ski-Out on Peak 8

3rd stay at this property but first in this particular condo. Great space with 2BR+Loft (6 queen beds) and 2 baths. Nice space to spread out in the condo and easy access to Peak 7 lifts from the hot tub / sauna / ski lockers area on 2nd floor.

Location Location

If you are looking for a 2 bed + that is a ski in/out at peak 8, look no further. While it can be tricky if you are not an intermediate skier as all runs off this unit are blue, it is a great location if you are able to ski the blues on peak 8. The outdoor hot tubs and other building amenities were great. The unit was ideal for our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids).

Christmas Snow Ski/Board vacation

Our stay at the condo was absolutely fantastic. Every aspect, from the ideal location and wonderful ambiance to the incredible convenience, exceeded our expectations. It provided the perfect setting for a much-needed vacation, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo's charm, paired with its great amenities, truly made our getaway memorable.

True ski-in and out, great property

Very spacious, first time we stay at a vacation rentals and the knives are sharp! Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable stay next to the slopes.

Ski in Ski out

A true ski in ski out. The location on Peak 8 was superb. We loved the ski locker. Marc was great to communicate with. We appreciated the extra touch of humidifiers in each room, as East Coaters we were not used to Colorado's dry air. It was a 5 minute walk to the gondola that brought you into town.

Perfect Ski-in/Ski-Out Condo

We cannot rave enough about this property. It had more than enough space for our family of 8 to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, including a slow cooker, blender, toaster, etc. We appreciated the covered parking garage, ski-lockers, and on-site coin laundry. The location/proximity to the lifts couldn’t have been better. We were able to grab our boards and essentially get straight into the lift line, as well as be able to board straight back to the condo for lunch very easily from both peak 7 & 8. We enjoyed the hot-tubs (they are small though, and fill up fast). Excellent communication with the host from start to finish. Everything was so perfect, we won’t hesitate to stay again anytime we return to Breck.

Great Location and Property

This Was our second time skiing in Breck over Christmas break and we really liked what this property had to offer. It was so easy to ski down each morning and saved us so much time since no shuttle is necessary. Skiing down the base is very easy however skiing back in requires taking a blue run which my kids weren’t able to do but the walk back isn’t too bad. The entry hall has so much space for all the ski gear to be organized and ready. We used the hot tubs every night and generally had them to ourselves. We would definitely rent this place again!!

Excellent Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pictures are accurate. The kitchen was well stocked - plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. The location is fantastic for skiing - it is truly ski-in/ski-out. We enjoyed being in walking distance to the gondola - we rode it into town for some souvenir shopping on our day off. The hot tubs were nice. Check-in and check-out was easy. We loved the 4th floor lounge, which is very close to this unit. We would go take our morning coffee to the lounge to watch the morning set up at the ski lifts. One member of our group only skied mornings, and she loved sitting in the lounge to watch the slopes in the afternoons. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great ski in ski out

Great location, have stayed at Ski Watch before, so convenient. Be prepared to deal with altitude sickness. We buy canned oxygen and the pills Altitude Adjustment and drink lots of water.

Ski In/Out

We have stayed at Breckenridge for over 25 years, this is by far the easiest and best ski in/out. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Having the lockers, underground parking, sauna, hot tubs and gym were an added perk. Would definitely recommend Ski Watch and Marks condo!

Great stay

This property is Pete toy located at the bottom of Peak 8. The building is older, but for summer, ideal. Great experience with Marc, the manager. The kitchen was well stocked — above average for a VRBO Colorado rental. Parking was easy.

Wonderful Accommodations!

This location and condo had everything our group of 6 adults required! As others have said...the pictures don’t fully capture the space. We enjoyed this ski in/ski out experience that we were on the mountain all 6 days - all day. The hot tubs, sauna, large kitchen for meals and living room/fireplace/TV were perfect amenities post skiing. Marc was very responsive and a great host! We already rebooked for next March!

Peak 8 Perfection

This place has is all. It’s a true ski-in ski-out conveniently located near great greens on Peak 8 and fun blues on Peak 7 (which are easy to access from the Rocky Mountain Super Chair that you can ski right down to from the condo). We spent our days on Peak 8, Peak 7, and Peak 6. On the couple of times we ventured over to Peak 9 we were met with HUGE lines at the lifts on the base of the mountain so we chose to avoid that area. The condo has lots of space and all the accoutrements you need for a comfortable stay. It has one of the best set ups for ski storage (locker near mountain access) and ski clothes/boot storage (large entryway with tons of hooks/cubbies/bench space) that we’ve ever had. The building offers 2 hot tubs, sauna, gym, laundry room and community lounge. We liked the convenient access to the gondola which we took into downtown Breck more than once, as well as the shuttle, which we usually to took back to Peak 8 since the gondola stopped running earlier than the shuttle. These free transportation services made it possible for us to rent out ski equipment in the village and transport it to/from our condo with relative ease. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely be repeat customers.
