You'll love vacationing in this home in the lovely Martinique subdivision. When you arrive there is a beautiful tropical entrance to greet you. The first floor of the home has a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious living and dining area. The first floor also has a master bedroom with a king size bed and full size bathroom. There is also a half bath on the first floor. The second floor of this home has another king size bed in one bedroom, and then across the hall there is a third bedroom with a daybed and trundle combo, also a set of bunks with a twin over full. Comes with a gas grill. This house is only a short distance to the white, sugar sand beaches that Alabama boasts as being the best. If you don't want to take the short walk, you can use the golf cart that is provided for your enjoyment during your stay. The amenities include: Tennis courts, biking and walking trails, lush tropical landscaping, 2 incredible pool houses, one features an indoor/outdoor pool with a large sunbathing deck, and hot tub all surrounded by palm trees. The other pool is directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a well equipped fitness center.

This home is pet friendly, dogs only. Weight Limit 35 pounds. Limit 2. No other pets allowed. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.

Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
