Beautiful condo 2nd floor corner unit. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on our private lanai with gorgeous unobstructed views. Located in Ocean Village on Hutchinson Island, this 1 bed 1 bath rental comes with all the comforts of home. Steps away from the private beach! Ocean Village features 1/2 mile of private beach, pools, fitness center, 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, Tiki Bar and Restaurant on site. Resort style pool along with 3 other swimming pools for your pleasure. Queen bed and Murphy bed in bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a fold out child bed is also available if needed. Our unit is fully furnished and has an equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Our guests will be provided with a starter pack of Keurig pods for brewing their coffee, a travel size set of toiletries, and laundry detergent. The city of Fort Pierce offers a variety of great restaurants, shopping, festivals, and museums. Come on out and enjoy your vacation!

Stayed for a whole week. Great amenities around the property including two pools and golf access. Close to the beach and other spots in Ft Pierce. Property manager was very communicative. Would recommend staying here.

Karyanne was absolutely amazing! She answered all questions in a more than timely manner. The property was beautiful, beds were very comfy, unit was above average and has almost anything you could need! Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone!!!

Perfect Little Getaway

This is a perfect spot for a getaway. The property has all the comforts of home and convenient beach access. Karyann was great to work with and is very responsive. We could tell that she has her guest’s comforts in mind for her rental. We rented during the Christmas holiday and it was decorated perfectly with touches of holiday cheer. We would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful stay

Wonder stay in this beautiful unit which has the most serene view and is well-appointed (without feeling cluttered). The decor is lovely and fresh. We have stayed in Ocean Village before so we were aware of the beauty and all the amenities it offers. All our communications with the host were responded to immediately. 5 stars all the way.

Ocean View Resort - Hutchinson Island, Ft Pierce, FL

We stayed 5 days/nights - Feb 5-11, and we were completely satisfied with the condo. The property Ocean View Resort had many amenities we enjoyed. Our condo was sparkling clean, with added amenities such as coffee pods, creamer & sugar packets. We were happy to find the needed sun screen, insect repellent, etc, so we didn't have to purchase the same. We loved our view of the 9th hole of the golf course, with a lagoon that birds visited each moning.

Great Stay in Fort Pierce

KaryAnn is a wonderful owner. Very responsive to every question and you can tell she takes great pride in her condo. It's very well maintained and decorated nicely. The condo has a good size master bedroom and large bedroom with 2 sinks. The extra sink was nice to have. There is a nice little deck of the living room overlooking the golf course. We ate most to our meals there. We cooked in a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo property is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. It has a nice fitness room, beach a couple minutes away, restaurant/bar and a 9 hole par three golf Course. It's a small course but very nice condition and its one $5 to play. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Disappointment as unit became uninhabitable due to construction

The unit was lovely and well supplied with beach chairs, towels and kitchen supplies. The description of the unit was accurate but the availability wasn't. We had booked for two weeks and after the first the walkway leading to the unit was demolished and while we had unsafe access (no handrails, construction debris everywhere) the sound of jackhammers and other demolition noise made the unit uninhabitable. The host apologized and gave us a partial refund which in no way covered our costs for renting for the second week. All extra fees from VRBO and taxes were left for us to fully cover as if we had had the full stay

Excellent Condo!

The condo itself was PERFECT! Was in a great location, 3-5 min walk to the beach, great views, decorated super cute, clean, etc. The fact that the main pool was under construction was a HUGE downfall. The Cayman pools heater was broken the first couple of days so the other 2 extremely small pools were very crowded. The hot tub at the Aruba pool was great, until it was drained for maintenance 3 days before we left. It was filled back up, but wasn't any warmer than the pool. We were quite bummed out about the pool situations, especially my kids. After all, we are paying for those amenities and they weren't available for us to use. I do feel like the price of the condo rent should have been adjusted a bit due to all of the issues within OV. While I know this has nothing to do with the owner and it was out of her hands, I do think someone should be held responsible! Renters are being charged the same price but can't use the amenities that are being advertised due to the negligence of their maintenance company. We were very thankful the weather cooperated and we were able to be on the beach most days, which isn't always the case in December.

Read this review! Honest feedback you need to know!

From the first communication with Karyann to the final, everything was great. It is exactly as described and depicted in the pics. The pics dont show the 2nd bed well, but its a hideaway in the bedroom, between the bed and the window. Now to my experience! - This place has everything you need. Others said it, I'll confirm. some items that weren't mentioned but I found valuable were: beach chairs, beach towels, golf clubs and balls, tennis rackets, COOLERS!, a frisbee, a football. Tons of towels, pillows, etc - Location - the condo is located a few hundred yards from the beach (so easy to get to!!). There are multiple pools to use, one with a hot tub. (main pool is under contructions but we had tons of fun in the two we used). FREE GOLF (look like very short par 3 holes... but free!). Safe and secure with a secured entrance. - Location #2 - Great surrounding options! Pizza place just up the road (pie hole) was great. We went to ice cream cafe, a must stop with kids! lots of options to visit public beaches if you want to explore, or you can use the private one at the condo. Chuck's seafood was good and has great views. - Communication - Karyann is ON IT. I travel a lot and have used STRs frequently. Great host! All that needs to be said. If you arent requiring multiple bedrooms, Karyann's place is the spot!!! Don't be concerned by the lower costs, she has thought of everything and you will be happy you made this choice.

An absolute gem!

I almost didn’t want to write a review of this property because I intend on coming back and don’t want it to be booked. However, I remembered how lovely and attentive the owner Karyann was and realized I was being selfish so here we go! I was looking for somewhere to go before an upcoming knee replacement surgery. I know I will be house bound for a while after the procedure so I wanted to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine while I can. I’ve booked with VRBO several times in the past but always went to the west coast of Florida. Since Hurricane Ian just hit I thought it best to stick to the east coast of the state and found Fort Pierce. All I can say is I have been missing out by not coming here sooner- it’s BEAUTIFUL. Miles and miles of beautiful beaches, untouched natural areas and condos tucked away. This unit is in a compound called Ocean Village. It has everything you could possibly want- golf, tennis, beach, pools, tiki bar and restaurant. All within walking distance. No hassle with parking, moving your car, just park it and forget it. The unit itself is an absolute gem. The owner Karyann has done an outstanding job and had thoughtfully provided everything you could want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The condo has a beautiful screened porch that overlooks the golf course and you can hear the waves from the beach. It’s spotlessly clean and smells like heaven. I really appreciated all of the little touches that are sometimes overlooked in rental units. The closet was full of sports equipment, there were pots and pans, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, a fully stocked coffee bar and a basket of useful shower goodies in the bathroom. I’m not a good sleeper but slept like a log in that condo. The bedding was soft and there were tons of extra pillows and soft blankets. I dubbed it “my little spa” for the week. Oh I don’t want to forget- check in was an absolute breeze and the security guys there are awesome. I want to end by saying thank you to Karyann for making my trip so wonderful. When I walked in and saw your beautiful gift basket with all the goodies and a bottle of wine

Great Getaway

If u need to getaway this community has everything u need. And the owner has thought about almost all the equipment needed to enjoy what the area has, or take the beach chairs, umbrella and go to the ocean and walk the private beach with booming surf! Small but well equipped! Try the restaurant Crabby’s dtwn Ft Pierce!

Great spot in Ocean Village

Perfect 1 bedroom unit with some ocean view, if you’re tall enough you can see over the dunes. Everything was precisely as listed with plenty of sleeping options. Short 2 minute walk to the beach, pool, tennis, and golf. If your looking for a great vacation spot without the crowds of typical destinations, this is your place.
