A beautiful 3 bedroom log cabin in the woods of Door County 8 mins from downtown Egg Harbor and 5 mins from the best beach in the area (Horseshoe Bay Beach)

The space
Welcome to our log Cabin by the lake! This cabin is tucked away on about an acre and a half of wooded land. This property can be enjoyed all year long! You can enjoy the wood burning fireplace and proximity to Egg Harbor in the winter, watch the wild life come alive in the spring, relax on the front deck after a day at the beach in the summer, and take in the seasonal colors and fall festivities!

The house accommodates 8 people with 3 beds and a queen pull out couch. The home is spacious with multiple entertaining areas.

1 room with a King, 1 lofted room with a queen, one room with two twins, and the parlor has a brand new queen pull out sofa.

We have high speed wifi that can stream TV. It includes a mesh router and 2 extenders to get wifi in and out of the house.

2 TVs - One in the Living room and one in the Parlor. One is a Amazon Fire TV and the other has a Fire Stick. You can download and log into any app and stream from your profile.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Pot and Toaster. We also include some pots, pans, crockpot, strainers, cups, plates, mugs, wine glasses, Tupperware (please don't take), silverware and other basic baking supplies

We do have a second unit on the property that could be rented to a separate group. You won't share any space other than the driveway to get back to their cottage. If you are a larger group that needs space for 4 more people please reach out to book both or do so here:

ā€¢ We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels but you may need to buy more for longer stays. That includes 2 rolls per bathroom and 2 paper towel rolls.
ā€¢ We provide a starter amount of dish soap, dishwasher, and laundry detergent. If you need more please buy your own.
ā€¢ We have a hairdryer
ā€¢ We supply hand soap
ā€¢ We do not supply any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
ā€¢ The fireplace is not available for use from April 1 - October 1
ā€¢ In the fireplace on months please open the flue when being used and close it when you are done. There is a fan that should also be shut off when not being used.
ā€¢ No late check out or early check-in. If you arrive early or check out late there will be a $50 charge per.
ā€¢ No fires outside of the fileplace including candles.

Cabin was cozy but was extremely cold and had to yank up the heat all the way up to 75, beds were not comfortable as the mattreses were squeaking, other than these 2 issues, Cabin was cozy and very family friendly.

I was on a girls trip and this beautiful log cabin was perfect for it. Very comfortable and clean. Sitting on the deck enjoying some wine was so relaxing. Host was quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The family had a great time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Close enough to enjoy all the holiday weekend festivities and beach/amenities, yet quiet and peaceful in the evenings. It had everything we needed for grilling and home meals as well. It was a bit spotty on cell coverage and WiFi, but that was not our priority so this property completely met our expectations.

4 adults stayed in very spacious cabin. Private neighborhood, easy access to everything. Very comfy beds, hot water, plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, and peaceful setting. Recommended. Will consider staying again for sure!

Delightful cozy cabin, plenty of room for our family to have their own space. The deck was great for morning coffees. Outdoor windows need some cleaning. Enjoyed our time together, and definitely would recommend it for a family gathering.

It was just the two of us staying and this home had more than enough space for us. Itā€™s nice how you can come home from the busy towns and relax in a serene forest setting. The host was super helpful and excellent with communication. A++

Overall Great Experience

Everything was awesome about this spot! Very secluded and beautiful log cabin. Place was very clean when we arrived and Loren was quick to answer with questions. Only complaint was that the wifi was a little slow to start and thereā€™s no service out there but within the first 12 hours it kicked in and got up to speed. Will definitely be coming back next year!

First retirement getaway

Kick off to summer! We invited each of our 3 girls/husbands for a few days each. The rental exceeded our expectation! Very clean, updates and with nice amenities. The location is excellent...providing the perfect balance to visiting towns, fishing, restaurants and then back to tranquility! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and hope to book again. Don't hesitate with this amazing place.

Very pretty log home with all the amenities. Close enough to Egg Harbor & Fish Creek. Lovely decks and balcony and lots of trees! One bedroom is a loft, without a door and open to great room below, so it can be noisy if anyone is awake downstairs , but all in all, we loved the house!
