Although this is an older house, it was clean, in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the beds were comfortable, the communication with the host was quick. Our kids loved the movie room and the dance pole got some action. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The property had some defects, the pool table was ripped and couldn’t be used , I thought the place would be great for family but r it’s more for younger people to enjoy. Host is great, easy to contact, responsive. The place is very clean. The check in hour is late 4pm and checkout is 10am way too early. Overall the place gets a 7/10 from me.

The house was AMAZING for our group. We stayed there to attend a wedding. The kids AND the adults had a blast in the game room, and the theater seating was really cool. The hosts were very quick to communicate and respond. We wanted to use the hot tub, but we just didn't have time. There was a missing iron, but after we informed the host, they got it to us quickly, just in time for us to get our wrinkles out of our clothes and get to the wedding. We had everything we needed. We were so thankful that they accepted pets. And what is not in the listing is that there is a really neat apple tree with lots of apples, as we must have gotten there during harvest season. The apples were delicious. We would love to stay there again.

House was clean, check in was smooth, and communications were easy. It's a well kept, brightly decorated older home located in a nice neighborhood with walking trail, stores, restaurants and highway nearby. Only issues we encountered were the quantity of some items. The house sleeps 16, but there were only 12 towels, forks, plates, etc. Also, the gas for the grill lasted for half a meal and they indicated we would have to pay to have the tank refilled/replaced.Would definitely stay again if we're fortunate enough to get back to Denver area.

Property is in horrible condition, everything from sticky floors to broken caving in stairs to huge rips in the pool table and broken game tables that don’t work. Moldy smells in bathrooms and the shower did not drain so you’ll stand in water while showering. Bed sheets had white stains on them and were not washed. AC was barely working and only felt cool in parts of the house. Rough area also, not ideal for anyone but some college aged dudes. I asked for a refund and said I would leave as I was uncomfortable with my family staying here and the hosts said “they can’t do anything but offer a similar property on the other side of town in a worse neighborhood and the house was in very similar condition as the first. Absolutely horrible. Stay far away from this company!!!!

Grant, thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry your family's stay at Paradise didn't feel right. When you raised your concerns, we offered to move you to another of our homes. We've already addressed the issues you raised: the stairs were repaired, the AC was serviced, the bathroom drain and shower were fixed, the pool table and game tables were repaired, and the bathrooms were deep cleaned. We'd welcome the chance to show you the difference.

Amazing home, everything was very clean and worked properly. We did not have any complaints, my group enjoyed their stay. Thank you!

Fantastic family friendly home

Although 420 friendly, the home was super family friendly. The game room got the most use in our stay. Although things don’t work perfectly they work great to keep the kids entertained for hours. We stayed over Easter weekend and the yard was perfect for an Easter egg hunt and some outdoor family fun. The property manager stayed in contact and was very attentive with any questions or concerns we had. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again.
