Hi Tisha, Thank you for staying with us and for being so honest about your experience. I’m glad to hear that you found the house comfortable and that your family still had an enjoyable time overall. I really appreciate you pointing out those specific maintenance items. We want the house to feel fresh for every guest, so I want you to know that we’ve been actively working on every issue you mentioned. Our team is deep-cleaning the kitchen area, and we are currently in the process of replacing the PlayStation controllers, the arcade parts, and the ping pong net so they are fully functional again. We are also getting the hot tub clips repaired to make sure that the cover stays secure, even on windy days. It sounds like the house has definitely been well-loved lately, and your feedback is helping us get everything back to 100%. We’d love the chance to host you again in the future!

Hi Triston, thank you so much! We're glad the check-in was smooth and everything matched the photos on arrival. It was a pleasure hosting you at Elevation, and you're always welcome back.
