Recently build in 2022, this cute modern villa is ideal for a quiet vacation in a peaceful setting with your own private pool away from the main roads. A unique venue for your special Turks and Caicos experience. 2 minutes walk to the beach and Coral Gardens Reef, Walk to local restaurants or visit the nearby supermarket for groceries. Your needs will be catered for as we have a villa host always on call to make sure all is going smoothly and provide for any special needs you may have. during your stay, from grocery shopping and delivery to arrange tours and excursions around the islands.

Note - there will be some construction taking place on the neighboring property during 2025 starting in May. Although our property is well screened from this and it will not affect the privacy, there will be some noise from the construction during working hours. We have two inflatable stand-up paddleboards for guests' use. These have paddles and lifejackets Note the paddleboards are shared between our two villas. You can arrange to use them with our villa concierge.
