A spacious terrace offers day and night holiday feeling of the extra class. Day Sea, sun and vision, night pure romance. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a high level of comfort. Of course, there is a free high-speed internet connection, a large-screen television, a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, juicer, coffee maker and much more. For intimate hours are in the apartment hot tub with open views to the sea and the city. Here can relax and dream for a nice day at the beach or hiking. A resort in a class, you will enjoy. Fantastic few days in Santa Ursula

We had a great few days in Santa Ursula. The apartment was brilliant, the description and photos are very accurate. The apartment is very secure being behind a locked gate and in grounds with a larger house, but not overlooked at all. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had great facilities and a lovely balcony and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. It was brilliant to lie in the jacuzzi and wath the sun go down in the evening. In terms of location it is on the outskirts of Santa Ursula as you would expect with uninterrupted views down the coast but also within easy walking distance of the town centre and a supermarket only minutes away. I can thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday away from the main resorts on Tenerife

Herrliche Lage

Sehr individuell eingerichtetes Appartement. Herzliche Begrüßung von Gernot Schmidt mit Getränken und Obst. Ein wirklich phantastischer Blick von der Terrasse, Wohnzimmer und aus dem Whirlpool auf den Atlantik und Puerto de la Cruz. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Danke Gernot!

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Bezeichnung Luxus Apartment liegt im Auge des Betrachters. Wir haben unseren zweimonatigen gebuchten Urlaub nach 14 Tagen abgebrochen. Im großen Schlafzimmer war eine sehr starke Geruchsbelästigung so das man dort nicht schlafen konnte. Die angepriesene Dachterrasse ist ein Reinfall. Wer Sonne liebt ist hier fehl am Platz. Wenn es das Wetter zulässt hat man frühestens ab 15.00 Uhr Sonne. Das Grundstück ist wie eine Müllhalde. Überall liegen alte Terrakottaplatten, Bauschutt der schon von Pflanzen überwuchert ist, Baustahl und vieles mehr. Wir mussten uns auch mit Baulärm vom Nachbarn herumschlagen. Auch der Eigentümer vom Grundstück hat sein Haus renoviert und ständig Lärm verursacht obwohl er schon mit anderen Gästen Ärger deswegen hatte. Unser Fazit: dieses Apartment ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Une vraie déception

Ce séjour d'un mois nous a vraiment déçu car le site était comme un chantier de construction : des tuiles de terre cuite pour toit étaient empilées partout sur le terrain, écrasant la verdure et des ouvriers manipulaient de la machinerie lourde à tous les jours de 8 h à 17 h. Une autre grande déception, c'est l'absence de services pour changer les draps et les serviettes pendant les quatre semaines de notre séjour. Lorsqu'il y a eu la tempête de sable rouge du Sahara, aucun service de nettoyage n'a été prévu, nous avons dû tout nettoyer nous-même à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. La terrasse vitrée à l'arrière est à l'ombre jusqu'à 15 h à tous les jours, c'est vraiment décevant surtout qu'à l'avant il y avait des ouvriers. Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement.

Alles Perfekt!!!

Das Objekt ist genau wie beschrieben.Die Bilder sind genauso wie es Vorort ist.Die Lage einfach top..Sauberkeit top..Ankommen und wohlfühlen..Es sind im Moment Bauarbeiten im Gange von denen wir nichts wussten,Die uns aber null gestört haben..Kein wirklicher lärm früh morgens..Also absolut okay..Der check in und der vorherige Kontakt incl.Wegbeschreibung usw mit dem Vermieter perfekt.über whatsapp..Sehr netter Empfang ,sehr netter Vermieter mit lieben Aufmerksamkeiten wie zb Obst usw..Genügend Handtücher vorhanden und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht...Der Whirlpool lädt abends zum entspannen ein,und der Sonnenuntergang ist ein herrliches naturschauspiel.Mit dem Mietwagen alles schnell zu erreichen.....zusammengefasst alles wie versprochen und sogar übertroffen..bis zum nächsten mal.!! Danke Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Wunderbare Wohnung - jederzeit wieder!

Der Blick ist natürlich der Hammer, aber auch ansonsten können wir (Familie mit zwei älteren Teens) die Wohnung bestens empfehlen. Die Vermieter und der Verwalter waren supernett und immer hilfsbereit. WLAN und Netflix kamen bei den Kindern natürlich gut an... Laden in direkter Umgebung. Wir hatten für die Zeit ein Auto und haben dies sehr viel genutzt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Absolut lohnenswert!

Wunderschön

Alles da, traumhafter Ausblick, Gestaltung geschmackvoll, besonders whirlpool Badewanne mit Blick auf Puerto de la Cruz. Der Empfang durch die sympathischen und offen wirkenden Verwalter war sehr angenehm und informativ. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

A wonderful apartment with a stunning view and everything you need for the perfect stay!

This is a truly five star apartment! The apartment is secure in a quiet area. On arrival we were made to feel at home instantly. The rooms are spacious and clearly furnished and decorated with much thought for all your needs. Seating in the lounge is extremely comfortable and there is an excellent sound system to enhance your TV viewing and listening to music. The piece de resistance is the view from the terrace which is simply breath taking and a an excellent vantage point from which to see the sun set each night. There are many beaches within short car journey distance and all of the sights of interest are within a short distance by car as the island is not big. The Teide Cable Car is recommended with spectacular views from the top! All in all I simply cannot recommend the apartment enough. Our experience was made perfect by the excellent hosting from the owners who were happy to oblige our needs. This is as described - a luxury apartment with stunning views!

Lovely apartment, fabulous views.

The apartment is lovely, including the living and sleeping areas. Things to improve include the signage - it was difficult to locate and incorrectly pinned on Google Maps. Ceiling fans or air conditioning in the bedrooms would be an advantage. Fabulous views though and enjoyed Santa Ursula and La Orotava. If you are a good walker there is a fabulous walk along the coast to Puerto de la cruz.

A memorable vacation

I stayed with my wife and our 9 year old son March 2018 and couldn’t have had a nicer stay. The house had a great location and was comfortable, elegant and well equipped. It had an amazing cliff side view towards the beautiful Orotava Valley, Mt Teide and of course the Atlantic Ocean. It was in a safe, high end neighborhood which was very quiet but also had excellent access to the highway which made exploring the island very easy. Gabi was very welcoming and responsive and at the same time allowed us to have absolute privacy. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. You can’t go wrong staying here! Gonzalo and Nury

Fantastic stay!

We stayed here for a week in February. The apartment itself is stunning and the views are absolutely amazing, even with the bad weather we had. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us advice about restaurants etc. The local town is a 10 minute steep walk, but easily accessible. Stunning walks near the apartment too - one that loops around the residential area all around the coast, and one to a beach (you need to be fit for this one!). We would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent séjour et location parfaite

Appartement meublé avec beaucoup de goût, nous donnant l'impression d'être à la maison. Propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable, sachant être discret tout en étant disponible, dés que l'on avait besoin d'eux. Quartier calme avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, nous permettant de savourer chaque soir, un nouveau coucher de soleil.

Tolle Wohnung mit überragenden Blick auf Puerto de la Cruz und das Meer

Wir haben die Zeit in der Wognung sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Gastgeber in war super nett. Danke für die Ratschläge und den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Super Aussicht, super Lage, super Wohngefühl

Alles war genauso, wie auf den Bilder gezeigt: Größe, Gestaltung und Einrichtung der Wohnung. Keine Foto-Tricksereien, wie sonst häufig anzutreffen. Um den traumhaften Ausblick festzuhalten, reicht ein Bild sowieso nicht aus. Weitere Pluspunkte: * Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung: Autopista del Norte 5 Minuten, Puerto Cruz 10 Minuten, Flughafen Nord 20 Minuten, Santa Cruz 35 Minuten * Ruhige Wohnlage; die Autobahn ist nah, aber akustisch und optisch kaum wahrnehmbar. * Sicherer Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück. * Super Ausstattung: Ein Küche, die wirklich zum Kochen taugt, schnelles Internet, Whirlpool für zwei, Infrarot-Heizung, Multimedia. * Supermärkte und Geschäfte in der Nähe, zu Fuß in 7 - 8 Minuten erreichbar. * Schöne Promenade oberhalb des Kliffs, direkt vor dem Anwesen, beeindruckender Wanderweg hinab zur (Stein-)Küste. * Nette, fürsorgliche Vermieter. Minuspunkte: Keine. Was könnte verbessert werden? - Bade-/Handtücher zwischendurch austauschen - Jalousie im Whirlpoolbereich für mehr Privatsphäre

So fühlt sich Urlaub an!

"Wow!", war der erste Eindruck, als wir die Wohnung betreten haben. Der Blick geht sofort hinaus auf's Meer, das in das Licht der untergehenden Sonne getaucht ist. So soll Urlaub aussehen! Wir haben als Familie mit unseren zwei erwachsenen Kindern die Woche über Silvester im Vista Paraiso verbracht und waren begeistert. Ausstattung, Blick, Betreuung - alles top! Die Gastgeber haben mit dieser Wohnung ein wunderschönes Refugium mit einem hohen Maß an Privatsphäre geschaffen, in dem viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Da liegen selbst die Bademäntel bereit und kommen auch zum Einsatz, denn die Krönung des Tages ist das Bad im Jacuzzi in einer Ecke des Wohnzimmers mit Blick auf die Lichter von Puerto de la Cruz. Und auf das Feuerwerk an Silvester, einen besseren Blick hätten wir uns nicht vorstellen können. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und bietet mit ihren zwei Schlafzimmern auch vier erwachsenen Personen bequem Platz. La Mancha ist ein kleiner Villenvorort von Santa Ursula mit spektakulären Blicken vom Klippenpfad auf die Küste. Zu Fuß kann man sowohl zum Einkaufen als auch in Gaststätten der Umgebung, wenn die gut ausgestattete Küche mal kalt bleiben soll. Lecker gegessen haben wir z.B. in der Tasca Safran, in der Casa dell' Oste und im El Calderito de la Abuela. Für weitere Ausflüge empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn ist man schnell in alle Richtungen unterwegs, nachteilige Effekte durch Verkehrslärm gibt es nicht, da das Grundstück tiefer liegt. Tipps geben die gastfreundlichen Vermieter gerne und unterstützen auch sonst jederzeit wenn gewünscht. An dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.
