Marvelous 1BR Condo with pool and beach access. Sleeps 4. Park by front door.

You will love the convenience of Sunswept 403. The condo is located on the first floor next to the pool. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the south side of the complex.

The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The patio has seating with a view of the pool. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.

We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. We think you will love it just as much as we do.

We have Direct TV stream and Xfinity apps on the TV for you to use. The Xfinity App has the 4 local stations for the area... ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC. The Direct TV app has 130 channels to choose from. You are free to install your own apps to stream, but Please don't uninstall or logout our account on XFinity or Direct TV.

I absolutely love this until. Everything waa nice and clean. Easy access to the beach maybe a 2 minute walk if your apartment is on the front. We were in a great location from everything. Will atay again and i hogh recommend if you want a nice comfortable vacation home.

Really nice place!!

My family and I loved this place. We got a chance to meet the owners while we were there and they were really nice, for the price of this place I give it a 10/10 overall. It’s almost right on the beach and has a nice pool just a few steps from the condo.

Spring Break 2023

We have stayed at Sunswept the last 9 years once or twice a year. Always a great experience. Location is excellent, quieter end of the beach, pool is outside our back door and the beach right next to the condos. Great for families and will definitely be our choice for future trips!

This property was in a great location. Easy access to the ground floor apartment only a few steps from the parking lot. The beach is a short walk past the pool on the property & to beach boardwalk. The owner was great with communication and cares about his guests. He wants your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. We would return here.

5 stars – Perfect Beach Getaway with Outstanding Hosts

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The unit was beautiful and full of beachy charm, exactly the relaxing vibe we were hoping for. It opened right onto the pool area, and the beach was just a short 100-yard stroll away. Super convenient location across the street from a beach shop and gas station, so grabbing any last-minute supplies was a breeze.The condo is perfectly located right on Thomas Drive, which means you’re close to everything, like Hammerhead Fred’s, Schooners, and all the fun PCB has to offer, but tucked away from the heavy traffic and chaos of Front Beach Road. It really gave us the best of both worlds.From the start, the hosts, Tom and Kristen, were incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. On our second day, we unexpectedly lost hot water, but they responded immediately and went above and beyond by coming out that day to replace the water heater while we were still out enjoying the beach. Truly top-notch hospitality.We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay. We’d absolutely book this unit again, or any property they manage. Already looking forward to our next trip back!

Great experience!

The condo and the complex are perfect! It was great! Love the location further down Thomas Drive away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for everything! The condo was beautiful and very clean. My only complaint was the couch pull out bed mattress was terrible! We’ve stayed in a lot of condos over the years and this was absolutely the worst. Definitely recommend replacing that! We ended up using an air mattress instead!

Not Very Clean

The listing for the the condo was accurate and the perfect size for my family. I would have liked something that was a little more in walking distance, but that's okay. The complex is pretty small so you're able to miss a lot of the large crowds. Seems like a good place for families who just want to spend the entire trip at the beach. My only and pretty big complaint was how dirty the condo was. Upon arrival I noticed there was a lot of dust buildup. I let it go. When I went to cook dinner, the dishes in the cabinet were put away with stuck on food. I had to wash the dishes before I could use them. After giving my kids a bath, I was looking for the towels that we were supposed to have. Only 2 we're hanging up and there were 4 of us. I found the rest of the towels wadded up and thrown under the bathroom sink. One of them was sitting in a small puddle of thick green liquid. I am guessing the liquid was from the toilet cleaner that had been knocked over. So I had to wash the towels to make sure they were actually clean and chemical free. After their bath, my kids were walking around the condo without shoes on and about 15 minutes later I noticed that the bottoms of their feet were black. The windowsill looking out to the parking lot had a thick layer of dust and build up. This place has great potential, but they really need to work on their cleaning procedures. I didn't expect a 5 star resort, but I did expect clean.

I wish you had brought the issues to our attention so they could have been promptly dealt with while you were in the condo. We pay to have the unit cleaned between every guest. If the cleaning was not done adequately I would have been happy to have the issues addressed immediately. We will address these issues for future guests. We can't fix the issues unless they are brought to our so I thank you for letting us know.

This property is a great place to stay. Sunswept is our favorite place in PCB to stay. Always clean. Right o. The beach, pool is wonderful. Good place for families with children too.

My cousin and I are grandmother's We work 40hours plus. We have husbands and grandchildren and pets. As much as we love all of them, we needed a vacation.so we treated ourselves to the beach. We had a blast & the condo was awesome!

Perfect for us

This was our first vacation with our 1 year old son. I was worried about having him around a balcony, which made this condo being on ground level perfect. We had a small hiccup with the door code at check in. However, I was able to get a hold of the owner late at night and he got us in no problem. Would definitely stay here again!
