Pelican Walk 111- 1 Bed - 2 Bath Condo with Murphy Bed! (Sleeps up to 6 people in beds) The view and location is truly floor, Beach Front, & Poolside! It doesn't get any more convenient than Pelican Walk 111! The condo has been beautifully remodeled and stylishly decorated. This condo and Pelican Walk's TWO pools, overlook the sugar white sand and emerald green water of the Gulf. The view of the Gulf is on display from inside the condo and from the poolside patio!

Pelican Walk 111 is one of the nicest condos at Pelican Walk! Walk right in from the parking lot and straight through to the pool and beach!
The living area has plenty of seating with a recliner, swivel chairs and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook at the , coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and plenty of pots and pans for your convenience. The dining area has a table with seating for up to four people and a bar area in the kitchen with two bar stools for additional seating. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. Enjoy having two full size bathrooms with upscale custom tile showers! The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a queen size murphy bed along with a queen sleeper sofa. The condo can accommodate 6 guests in beds!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, pickleball and tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, gas and charcoal grill areas, and more!

Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

Amazing property. Right on beach and right next to pool. Plenty of room for 3 adults and a baby. Very clean. Check in check out very quick. Will stay again.

Pelican Walk was awesome for our family vacation. The room was beautiful and has such easy pool and beach access for the kids being on the ground level. Will definitely be returning!

WiFi is not great as you have to join different hotspots as you move to different locations on property. TV in living room picture is really bad and not intuitive to use. We stayed during march madness and wanted to catch some games at night, but ended up having to use tablets. Great pool and location, otherwise a perfect stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In 2024 Due to some maintenance work that was to be taking place at our original accommodations, we chose to stay at Pelican Walk. Why we waited this long I will never know, but it is our go to home away from home while at the beach. From the staff, location, laid back vibe, the attention the lawn care staff gives to the grounds it’s all just wonderful! Can’t say enough great things about PW! This unit fit our families needs perfectly and we just love this ground floor unit! Such easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, with a pantry and new washer & dryer, Nice bathrooms, central unit worked great, 3 televisions, and the decor was really a great beach feel.

He gave me info on the new bushes being planted and his simple act of telling everyone he speaks to “we are glad you are here” makes you feel welcome and excited to come back!

Beautiful condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is updated with beautiful floors and design. King bed was very comfortable. Some parts of the condo were very clean and some things were not. Floors still had a little sand and were dirty. I bought a swifer wet jet and mopped the floors. The mop pads were black. Also I will say refrigerator and dishwasher need replacing. The dishwasher prongs were rusted. The refrigerator water dispenser was rusted. We ended up just using bottled water. On the other hand showers and toilets were very clean. Hope this review helps. After a little extra cleaning the condo was good. We had a great time!

We love Pelican Walk just not this unit

Reviewer Comments: The only reason for the 3 star is due to this unit having the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and a few other things as well but most importantly the bed. I’ve had back issues ever since we’ve returned. I’ve had to go to the chiropractor twice and possibly more. Very thin pillows as well. Housekeeping could do a little better sweeping under the furniture and beds, we found old trash and old belongings under the bed and couches from previous guests. We also found an old and opened peanut butter crackers in one the drawers in the kitchen. This unit wasn’t equipped with very many pots/ pans and what was there was very small. I believe that there was mold between the tiles in the master bathroom. That shower was not the cleanest. I think that there was also mold in the water/ ice machine on the fridge. It was very dirty, we didn’t use it. But other than that, we really love Pelican Walk just not this unit. Perfect location, friendly staff, the property outside is nice and very well kept and we love the amenities and the views. We will absolutely be back.

Could use a couple new skillets and it’s time to replace the sofa (you sank down which made a tad difficult for us older to get up), but I would stay again. Perhaps add a channel guide for the tv. Super clean, appliances worked perfectly, plenty to clean up with. Highly recommend. Grounds very well kept. I’ll be back.

Great stay but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 110 Pelican Walk and were switched to 111 with no communication from management. Lady at front desk said they called me but apparently they didn't leave a message. Also, I was never messaged via VRBO. The condo was fine but we had to go buy several items that we assumed would be provided: paper towels (one roll), coffee filters, trash bags (2 bags), tissues, hand soap, etc. We loved the location and overall the property was well kept. A couple of things we noticed that could have been better: the pool chairs were really old and stained and the hose and shower head where you washed your feet coming in off the beach barely worked.

They have a big hedge bush right in front of the patio doors that blocks most of the view of the ocean. Also, the living room needs new furniture. You have to be pulled up out of the couch and the TV picture is not good. It is the only room we have stayed in that was not exceptional. We will always be back, just not in 111.

Fall Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Pelican Walk. The property and condo were as advertised and very clean. The only concern we had was with the room's A/C. The condo would not cool down at night even with the thermostat set at 60 degrees. The onsite mtc team and repair company came by twice and recommended further repairs pending approval by the owner. Unfortunately, it wasn't completed during our stay, so it was a bit uncomfortable the last couple nights. We have stayed at Pelican Walk for 10+ years and will continue to do so.
