We're honored you chose our home for your special occasion. That said, we want to sincerely apologize for the concerns you experienced during your stay. Your comfort and safety are incredibly important to us. We are sorry to hear about the chair and the high bed causing issues. We offered to resolve the issue immediately during your stay and you respectfully declined during the vacation. We are replacing all chairs with high quality seating and have added stools to all beds. We also understand there was some frustration with the “All-In-One” washer/dryer unit. These are designed to be efficient for our guests, and we will monitor and replace it if this becomes a recurring issue for guests.
