This home offers exclusive access to Camp Lake James community amenities, including a spacious pool and covered pavilion area with a cabana, but please note that the docks and fitness center are private and off-limits. This lakefront home offers direct access to beautiful Lake James and includes a private dock for your enjoyment. Please note that the homeowner's boat is permanently docked and not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie a boat on the other side using the dock cleats. Boats cannot be launched from the property, so guests should plan to use one of the nearby public boat ramps on Lake James.
