West Coast Villa #2 sits in the hills of Castro Valley, overlooking the valley, with rolling hills, partial views of the San Francisco Bay and Peninsula, and many gorgeous sunsets.

West Coast Villa II is a 1,400-square-foot classy Villa featuring one full bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor, with a full gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room. You'll be able to cozy up and enjoy the gas fireplace or watch your favorite shows and movies while reclining on the new leather couch and love seat. There is a TV in two of the three bedrooms. In the custom kitchen, we offer a variety of spices, coffees, and teas. It is a great retreat with nice views of the Valley. The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Just so you know, our property includes two attached Villas. There is no internal access between the homes. We call this house our Villa II, and it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It features a large kitchen with a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It has an open floor plan, a bar-height dining table, and a large living room with a TV and a gas fireplace. There is one queen bed in each bedroom. The home has 3 TVs.

Due to our unique microclimate, we are often 10°F - 20°F warmer than San Francisco during the day, and we normally cool down at night with the early-evening fog that rolls in from San Francisco.

This wonderful resort is built on a hill, so you enter at ground level, ascend a flight of stairs, and exit to the rear gardens at ground level again, where you can enjoy the lemon trees and the tropical landscaping.

The landscaped and manicured gardens were planted by the owners and are for your enjoyment. You are invited to pick fruit for your personal use from our private "orchard." There are Queen and Pygmy Palms that grace this property. The many varieties of flowers often fill the estate with an intoxicating fragrance of roses, lavender, star jasmine, and orange, lemon, and apple blossoms. There is something fresh for every season.
