Convenient Center Village 1 bedroom CONDO w hot tubs, internet & parking garage

This sweet condo is a cozy one-bedroom, one bathroom located right off the elevator. You will enjoy a king bed the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is uniquely handicapped assessable with railings around the toilet and shower. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room table, Free Wi-Fi internet access, and flat screen TVs in both the bedroom and living room.

Our full-size kitchen is stocked with dishware, glassware, stemware and plastic ware for the hot tub! A wide assortment of utensils, including cooking and baking equipment will allow you to cook at home if you desire. Coffee pot, coffee, filters, and assortment of creamers will be provided, as well as a grinder, if needed. Seasonings, tea, hot chocolate, and microwave popcorn are also provided.

Enjoy a cozy gas fireplace and a walk-out balcony to breathe in the fresh mountain air. I have provided a DVD player in the living room, as well as an assortment of books, games and puzzles. There is also a pack-n-play for your infant/toddler that fits easily in the large bedroom. The large closet in the bedroom is equipped with hangers, an iron and ironing board, humidifier, fan and extra pillows and linens for your convenience.

Passage Point is one of Copper Mountain's ideal lodging options due to its prime location, and fantastic amenities. This includes 2 large outdoor hot tubs (one is handicapped assessable), a small heated pool, a well-equipped fitness room with showers, bathrooms and changing area, a heated underground parking garage (one spot per unit), ski lockers and bike storage for ease of dropping your gear after epic turns on this one-of-a kind mountain. There is a laundry room, conference room and meeting area on the main floor as well.

Passage Point is just across the covered bridge from the lifts in center village; about a 5 minute walk to the American Eagle lift, the ice skating pond, multiple restaurants and shopping. Summertime fun includes a fantastic golf course with the highest tee box in all of North America, mini golf, single tracks for all skill levels, mini golf, rock climbing wall, etc. For added convenience, take the free Copper village shuttle to any other lifts in West Village or East Village, as well as to the infamous Woodward indoor skate park and play ground. All shuttles and the Summit Stage stop just outside of Passage Point. The Summit Stage is a free bus that will take you all over, Copper Mountain, Frisco, and Summit County.

Copper Mountain resort is conveniently located off Highway 70 and is just 25 minutes from Vail, 15 minutes from Breckenridge, 20 minutes from Keystone, and 10 minutes from the town of Frisco. There are bike paths to these locations in the SUMMER!

Pull up in front to get your key and parking pass from the lock box. Next, put the parking pass on your dash and head down into the parking garage. Park back near the elevator, get a cart and start your vacation. There is NO extra stop required - for a convenient check-in/check-out. Just leave the keys and pass on the counter when you check out. $30 fee for any lost keys. There will be 3 more keys on lanyards in the unit, as well as 2 keys for the ski locker.

The unit does not have a land-line telephone. Smoking Not Allowed. Smoke alarms, sprinklers, carbon-dioxide tester, and a fire extinguisher are provided for safety.
