Granddaughters first trip to Disney

The place was just as pictured. The pool in the back was perfect size and temperature to relax. The location was close to anything we needed. I would definitely rent again if we return to this area!

Great amenities!

We loved our stay! There were a few things that weren't working (ice maker, outlets in MB, kids games in garage) but the owner sent someone out right away to fix and was very attentive to correspondence. The resort amenities were great, pool was heated, and it was only about 20 mins from Disney! We'd definitely stay again!

Home was clean and as described. Tasteful Disney decor in bedrooms. Enjoyed the pool at the house and the down the street! Short drive to Disney.

Loved the house. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed our stay and would for sure nook again.

Great neighborhood. Close to food and shopping. Enough room for our family. Clean and everything we needed for our stay. I did reach out due to issues with remotes and TV which was a friendly call.

Great Stay!!!

Perfect spot for our week long Spring Break Family vacation. The property was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The location was great for our trips to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Epcot as well as offering access to other things on our non-park days. Rooms were tastefully decorated w/ Disney characters and pictures which was exciting for the kids. Having the splash pool available was great after long days at the parks. Overall, great stay and will definitely book again.

Beautiful modern home in fun neighborhood

My family was very hesitant about staying at a townhouse but they absolutely loved this one. It was very spacious and modern. The decor was perfect for our Disney get away. I think the biggest bonus for us was the clubhouse! All the kids and families in the neighborhood walked to the clubhouse and enjoyed all the amenities. The kids really loved the lazy river and us adults enjoyed the bar at the pool! Will definitely come back soon! This home is highly recommended for a family trip!

Very nice property

This property is just as pictured. It is a short walk to the resort area which was nice, but we didn't have much time to spend there. It was supplied with plenty of dishes, pans, paper towels and toilet paper. My only suggestion would be to have some information in the home about the area and how the TV system works. We never had to wait to get inside the gate which was nice.

Great value and as described

The condo was exactly as described and comfortable for our family. I’m glad I saw notes that supplies are minimal (1 toilet paper role per bathroom) and the condo was cheaply built (fixtures falling off the walls and thin walls). Otherwise it was great for what we wanted and needed. We cooked, swam, and had a nice family stay for the Summit cheer competition. The pool is complimentary for guests compared to other condos available for rent.

Great place for a family

This place was just like it looked online. The whole place including the outdoor bathroom were very clean. It was great having both a private pool and the resort pool. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We couldn’t find any local channels with the TV and couldn’t find any football games but it might be because there were no instructions on the TV with a list of channels. Internet was not reliable but that could happen anytime anywhere. This condo was a short walk to the resort which was nice.

Vacation home

Our family enjoyed our stay. One issue was that we didn’t have any extra tissue or toilet paper. We had to go out and buy our own. Another issue was the check out time originally said 11 when we booked the reservation but for some reason it changed when we received the rules before check in to 10 AM.

Comfortable Christmas Vacation

The check was easy. We received check in information via the app. The app is the best way to communicate. The house was as pictured. Everything was clean upon arrival. Minor issue with the den TV not working but otherwise we had a great stay. The location was close to restaurants, movie theatre and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property. We have visited the area a few time before and this rental was comfortable. If traveling with more than one car, parking during peak season may get congested.

Great Birthday

My family and my brothers family came down with the kids and it was amazing. The house was amazing the space was amazing the pool was clean and amazing; I truly can say the stay was everything!! The neighborhood was nice quiet and the other residents were nice as well. The clubhouse staff was nice and welcoming. The only thing I would say is the starter kit should be more there shoulder be at least 3 extra trash bags, dish detergent, soap thanks of that nature. Other then that everything was 10 starts. Thanks again Ms Ana for your time and allowing my family and I to stay at your property. We will definitely be booing again really soon.

Spacious House, Could Use Some Updates

Overall our stay was good. The size of the home was great for our family. We were there for two weeks so it was nice to have some space and the second living area upstairs was a bonus. The good things: Size of house, spacious living room area, in house laundry facilities, the community pool was a hit with our teenagers, the pool in the backyard was a bonus but it was too cold for us to use this time of year. The things that could be better: the bathrooms upstairs are very dated, the ensuite shower door is about to fall off, the floors were filthy (after a few hours my daughters white socks were black on the bottom) so we mopped them ourselves, we had issues with missing some basic items for the kitchen like bowls and cutlery (but to their credit, the management company responded quickly and went out and bought new stuff and delivered it), the dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes properly and was growing mold in it. Also be aware that there is only one ‘parking spot’ at the back of the house where you parallel park along the walkway/driveway, as do all the neighbours around you. We had issues with people parking in our spot twice. Once it was the next door neighbour who moved his truck but on New Year’s Eve we came back at 1am to a car in our spot and had to knock on neighbours doors and still couldn’t find the person. We had to call security and they came and towed the car. It was a good stay but all in all there were a few areas for improvement

Overall happy but house essentials were rather odd.

The house was great and we enjoyed the living quarters, fenced in pool, and general location. Our party had small children all under 6 years old so they all very much enjoyed the themed rooms and little details. The frustrations we encountered were: 1. the starter kit (only 2 kitchen trash bags, one dishwasher detergent, 2 toilet paper rolls for each bathroom, and cheap bar soap.) For a house that accommodates larger parties there wasn’t enough supplies to get us through 2 full days there. I don’t think it’s necessary to leave a whole box of anything but there’s not a lot of choices to buy small quantities of detergent or garbage bags so I think it’s silly to ask guests to provide those things. 2. There was a closest door missing a connector to the sliding track so the closet wasn’t really accessible. 3. The master bath shower door fell off its track as well and was difficult to close. 4. The kitchen also didn’t have any basic supplies like salt/pepper, cooking oil, hand soap, etc. The owners were very sweet, property manager was responding to my messages our entire stay, and the clubhouse staff were all very nice. We enjoyed the house for the most part but in comparison to previous rental homes this house fell flat in a few areas.

Girls trip!

Overall it was a lot of fun however there are some things that should be paid attention to such as: there are nails that poked out the carpet on the floor by the master bathroom and downstairs bedroom as well. Then the cleaning service could’ve done a better job. We found a old box of chocolate Candy wrappers under the bed in the goofy room and when we opened the curtains when we walked in the house (they were closed which took away the wow factor walking in) there were visible smudges on the windows and the cookware needed to re washed due to visible dried up food. Then the Wi-Fi didn’t allow us to watch TV or use our phones by the pool area. The house was beautiful and I feel that once certain things are adjusted it will be amazing!
