This top floor corner unit provides stunning unobstructed views of Lake Martin and breathtaking sunsets. When you arrive, the elevator is located on the parking lot level. There are carts to assist with luggage/groceries. First Responders and Military discounts - photo of card required for discount. This is a non-smoking unit, no pets allowed, and is managed by the personal owners.

Our home sleeps 6-7, has 12' ceilings, provides Paramount+, Hulu, HBO Max, ESPN, and Disney to name a few. Inside you will find items to get you started, including coffee of your choice. This 3 bedroom home has high speed internet, cable, sound machines, box fans, TVs in each bedroom, washer and dryer, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware with dinette table seating. A blender, toaster, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker are available as well. Fresh towels/linens and beach towels await you (all surface areas and every load washed is sanitized). Bed sizes: King in master (with a master closet large enough to accommodate two pack n plays; King in guest room one, and two twin beds in guest room two (twin size air mattress and bedding provided). Stoneview Summit is 25-30 minutes from the Auburn campus.

Only a few steps away is the zero entry pool with waterfalls and a rock wall water slide. This community offers a golf course (extra fee), walking paths, its own restaurant, tennis/pickleball courts, and a children's playground. We have a fireplace inside and out on the balcony (seasonal). Enjoy dining inside at the table or out at the table on the spacious balcony with a beautiful sunset over the water. There is seating for 6 at the table outside plus 4 and a gas grill. It’s an easy walk to the dock which has a ladder to get in and out of the lake. Noodles and floats are provided in the balcony closet.

There are restaurants close by, as well as a Dollar General, gas stations and Lake Martin Grocery.

For boat owners, our private boat slip is available, located directly in front of the balcony, has a professionally installed bumper system, and is labeled with our unit no. (only one watercraft allowed). Harbor Pointe Marina is 3 minutes from the condo and is a full service marina with a ship store that allows launching (for a small fee). Boat trailers are not allowed in the complex parking lot nor at the marina. Boat trailer storage is very close to the condo (for a one time small fee).

This top corner unit truly allows for breathtaking views. The skies create magnificent colors every night! We have a video doorbell outside by the front door. If you are a large group and need more bedrooms, let us know, as we partner with other condos close to ours, which is ideal for family gatherings, golf outings, weddings, football games, etc. Communication is key to success, feel free to ask us anything!
