The Buddy Lodge is a modern home with an Adirondack feel. With three bedrooms and two full baths spread over two floors, the Lodge is ideal for family retreats. Pets are welcome (maximum 2) for an additional $95 pet fee.

You'll enjoy the beautiful view of Kayuta Lake through large windows by the fireplace or from the large balcony. Enjoy the BBQ, firepit and walk-out access to a dock and sandy beach for your exclusive use. A great location that will bring you the pleasures of all four seasons.

The space...
The top floor of the Buddy Lodge features a bedroom with a double bed and a full bath. The open floor plan kitchen, dining area and living room features a wood fireplace, beautiful exposed beams and large windows with a lake view. The Lodge is turnkey with cookware, serviceware and everyday essentials like a fridge, microwave, Keurig Duo and a four-burner gas range with an oven. Step out from the living room to the covered balcony to enjoy the lake view.

The ground floor hosts the main bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath. The ground floor also provides two separate points of access to the covered patio, including via the main bedroom for private moments taking in the lake. Beyond the patio lies the large backyard with amenities including a grill, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, a hammock, volleyball net and room for plenty of outdoor activities. There is an easy walk down to the dock for access to boating, the beach and shallow water perfect for swimming. A warehouse-style two stall garage allows for snowmobile or other storage. Large Electrolux washer and dryer and two air mattresses are also available for guest use.

Pets are welcome (maximum of 2) for an additional cleaning fee of $95 (2 pets is, $175). Please let us know how many pets you are bringing when booking. Pets must be crated when unsupervised, thank you.
