★ HOUSE RULES ★

📌 Must be 24 years old to rent.
📌 The primary guest must sign the Rental Agreement upon booking and submit a $500 security deposit hold at least 2 days before check-in. The security deposit will be released 3 days after checkout, provided no damages or violations are identified.
📌 MAX Occupancy of 14 guests. No Unregistered guests are allowed. Exceeding this limit may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation in accordance with house rules.
📌 Parking: Max of 5 cars allowed on the property. Street parking is not allowed.
📌 No Pets allowed. Sorry, we love our dogs but do not allow pets. If you bring a pet without authorization you will be charged $1,000 non-compliance fee and immediate eviction without refund.
📌 No Smoking inside the property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a 750.00 Ozone cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outside only, and debris must be properly disposed of. Failure to do so may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
📌 Parties are strictly prohibited. Hosting unregistered guests will result in a $1,000 non-compliance fee and immediate eviction without a refund.
📌 No shoes are allowed inside the house. We provide complimentary slippers to our guests. SAND is everywhere living at the beach, and we try to keep the house as clean as possible for all guests.
📌 Please keep all windows and doors closed when using the A/C.
📌 Do not use the “white": towels to remove makeup. We provide grey towels to remove makeup as your makeup will stain the “white": towels. We charge 35.00 per towel that is stained. Beach towels will be provided. Please use those when outside of the home.
