Family Beach Vacation

The beach house was beautiful and very conveniently located. It was a few steps from the beach and the pool was a wonderful addition. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The beach was beautiful, clean, quiet, and family friendly.

We would have never left if it were up to me!

This is the perfect beach house. The house is incredibly well appointed. Open floor plan that makes the house seem ever bigger than described.Kitchen is perfect for a large group.The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, the deck is great!We are booking this house again for next summer.

Always a treat, never disappoints!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here with several family members and are already planning our next stay. The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and you will want for nothing aside from the food you want to bring. The new pool is excellent as well. Looking forward to our next stay!

The Best House ON THE BEACH ⛱️

Epic Stay For The Entire Family!! This house was the absolute perfect house for our family + extended family. The rooms are split, two on one side of the house & two on the other plus the loft upstairs which gave everyone their own space. The living room/kitchen & dinning was extremely open so no one felt on top of one another. It has TWO refrigerators, an ice machine and every appliance you could think of (I did bring my espresso machine and that was delightful 😀). There were a ton of towels (no beach towels however we brought our own or you could use the big white towels there). There was a slight hiccup at the beginning of our stay and the host went way above and beyond to fix it/accommodate. It was so incredibly impressive how quickly the issue was resolved that it set such a good tone for the entire trip knowing if we had any issues we could get it resolved ASAP. *I can't tell you how much this meant to me and my family. It's always dicey renting a house and if anything goes wrong, will the owners address it?! This owner will not only make it right, she will go above and beyond to ensure you feel taken care of and the is worth its weight in GOLD ❤️ It's right on the beach (pro tip, use the hose to wet the sand near the steps cause it gets HOT HOT!) and they had a ton of chairs/boogie boards/toys/googlez under the house (we brought our own tent but I think there was an umbrella below). Best Beach Vacation To Date! We will absolutely be back next year!

Spring Break 2024

The house was beautiful and it had three restrooms with showers which is great! The kitchen had two refrigerators which came in handy and it was fully stocked to cook our family meals. No need to take anything, we had everything we needed. The french doors opening towards the ocean in the living room and master bedroom were the best features of the house. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the view and listening to the ocean sounds. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the morning while eating our breakfast. I wish there was a better grill and table with chairs in the patio to fully enjoy the deck. This would have been an added bonus. The deck area is wonderful but we didn't enjoy is as much. Having our own beach area was also wonderful and it was such a treat walking out to the beach anytime of day with easy access back into the house. The house had a shower to wash off the sand before heading back into the house. The property manager was very responsive and made our visit seamless. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and highly recommend.

GREAT TIME

Really enjoyed the quiet setting this place had to offer. The beach was not overflowing with multiple people and there was not the bustle of the big city. People were friendly and Fort Morgan was great. The home was wonderful and well stocked, communication with the owners were great. Thank you for a wonderful time

Wedding—⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very small intimate wedding at this location and it could not have been more perfect!! The view, as well as the interior were absolutely beautiful. I think the pictures don’t do the house enough justice because it is gorgeous! Host was very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend this house!

Peaceful area

Pros: GREAT location GREAT Floorplan Very PRIVATE Few steps to the beach Home and private beach area great for pictures. Two refrigerators Cabinet ice maker PLENTY of dishes and silverware All in all, a WONDERFUL PLACE. Cons: Poor lighting in parking area under the home. Numerous liquid circle stains on sectional couch cover. Sand on bottom/fitted sheets either from prior visitors that wasn't changed before our arrival or for some other reason when replaced before our arrival. Noticeable dust throughout the home on wall picture frames and ceiling fans. Washer has a strong odor. Just wanted the owners to know the cons in case they don't frequently visit to check on their property. I would want to know. We enjoyed the property and made wonderful memories despite any cons.

So Wonderful

This is our second time staying here. My family and I love this house so much. It's a beautiful home with plenty of room and it's right in beach. The property manager is so kind and easy to work with. Everything about of experience here was excellent.

Beach House

Great home a couple of issues was the box hanging down under the home. I hit my head and got a concussion. My fault I wasn’t paying attention but could be dangerous. We picked up several nails from under the house so we ended up not parking underneath the home. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked lots of sand still on the rugs and under the bed hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Other than that it was a beautiful house and was great for our family.

Incredible experience

This house is truly magnificent and is well cared for. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners were extremely responsive. The beach is beautiful and private. 2 refrigerators were so helpful with our crew. Hope to come again soon.

Want to come again!

We loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the location, and the ease and beauty of the home. It is steps from the beach, which made the back and forth with babies very easy. The home was well stocked with kitchen appliances, games, blankets, towels, and beach supplies! The host responded immediately every time and was so kind. It was a wonderful vacation for us and we hope to come back again!

Beautiful location

Our family wanted and nice quiet and relaxing week and we got just that! The house is beautiful, the layout is perfect. Every day the kids swam and at night went looking for crabs, even the adults joined in on that! The deck is a wonderful place to spend time with each other and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We would highly recommend the Salty Pelican Tuen! We will be returning in the future for sure! Thank you for opening up your home Ken and Shae!

Family Christmas Vacation

Beautiful beach home. Plenty of room for a large family. The location is the best! The Home is absolutely gorgeous! Shea (the owner) was easy to communicate with and a wonderful host. It was the very 1st time our 4 year old twin grandchildren had ever been to the beach or ever seen the ocean. It was magical seeing this experience through their eyes. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home and this fabulous host. It was also a plus that the location is very close to two of our favorite Fort Morgan restaurants.....Sassy Bass and Tacky Jack's. Thank you again Shea for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Book Club Trip

This house was perfect for our group of 12 ladies. We loved the view, the short walk to the beach, and the beautiful decor. The beach chairs and tent were so nice to have so we didn’t have to pack them. The kitchen was well stocked and the two coffee makers were perfect! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!
