This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect place for your next coastal escape! It's located just a short walk from the neighborhood beach access and offers a garage for parking and or storage. Enjoy all of the comforts of home in this well-appointed space that includes a private screened in pool perfect for cooling off after a long day at the beach.

Step inside and make your way to the kitchen, a home cooks delight. It features white cabinetry and appliances as well additional bar seating for four. The dining area nearby offers a coastal wooden table and 6 cane back chairs making it the perfect gathering place to enjoy family meals.

Vaulted ceilings throughout give this property an open feel. Plush furnishings and a large flat screen television await in the living area. Coastal blues and whites brighten the space and numerous windows allow in lots of natural light. Guests will love the view of the outdoor entertaining area and private pool offering ample lounge chairs and seating.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen television, and access to the pool and patio. An en suite bath provides a garden soaking tub, dual vanity and tiled walk in shower.

The second guest room offers a queen bed as well as a twin bed. The spacious bathroom connected to this room boasts a garden tub, a walk in shower, as well as a double vanity. The third bedroom just off of the living space features a pull down full sized murphy bed.

A quick 5 minute walk will take you directly to the waters edge and sandy beaches of the Florida coastline. The nearby pool is just a short distance from the home and is the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around the pool. The Summer Beach Village community is also just a short walk or drive away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops and spa.

Overall we loved our stay at this property. The scenic street and short walk to the beach helped make this trip memorable. The photos online represent the property well. It is dated but nice. The kitchen is extremely small and a one-cook kitchen. There were limited dish towels allotted and when cooking a big meal (Thanksgiving), more would have been appreciated. There are only 2 pillows per bed and one towel per person. We did have a problem initially with a cabinet that had come apart. Maintenance responded within 30 min. Excellent communication with the property managers. Overall, wonderful stay… just bring some extra pillows if you are used to more than one.

The facility was clean and spacious. Great interaction between the property managers and myself. Location - great and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was equipped with needed appliances. Bathrooms were immaculate. We will absolutely book this property again.

The home and property are very well kept and comfortable. We appreciated the timely responses from the property management team and cleanliness. The layout of this home in particular was advantageous for our business trip with my husband and our office staff.

It was a lovely house! We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We walked to the beach and there were sea turtles being released into the ocean. So special! The pool is smaller than it appears online but it worked for our group.

The house was wonderful nice and very clean very warm and cozy had every thing we needed for our stay we got a very nice call from the Amelia people who booked us and wanted to know if we needed anything it was great I do think they should redo photo of pool because there is no hot tub anymore like the picture thank you again I highly recommend thank you guy your great

Great Place to Stay in Amelia Island

Great Place to stay. We had a wonderful family vacation and so enjoyed the pool and close walk to the beach! We enjoyed the beach toys and chairs, and wagon. But had a little difficulty carrying the loaded down wagon up and down the stairs going to the beach. Great place to stay and a beautiful beach!

Nice older home.

This house is in a gorgeous neighborhood. It’s about a block or so from the beach. The house itself is older but nice. There are some cosmetic issues that could be addressed. Some of the wallpaper is pealing in places, there are a few cracks in the walls here and there and things like that. The pool and surrounding concrete area are definitely due for an update. The pool steps and bottom are stained brown and the concrete surrounding it is cracked with surface pieces missing in spots. We opted not to get in it and just went to the beach instead. We noticed a few candy wrappers lying around and there was a musty smell that permeated the entire house the whole time. The cleaners could have done a bit better before we checked in but nothing too serious. All in all we enjoyed our stay and if the issues mentioned above are solved I would feel that it would be worth the money.

Lovely home

Very accommodating home. Safe. Comfortable. Probably should have paid for heat in backyard pool as it is shaded and remained cold but community pool was beautiful.

Great stay in a beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time at this Vrbo! The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and in an amazing location—just a short walk to the beach and scenic walking paths. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was that the pool was freezing, as there was no heating option, which made it difficult to enjoy. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Very nice place family of five stayed comfortably.

House was clean and suitable for a family of 5. Had all necessities, and very well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Beds were comfortable. And host was available and friendly. The only concern we had was advertisement showed a hot tub, and there wasn’t one. Usually this wouldn’t matter but it was cold that weekend. Other than that our stay was great! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!! Would def stay there again!

May pool too cold, house great

The house is great. Kitschy decor with high quality kitchen pans, knives etc (which is not always our experience in a rental). Beds and bedding were also very nice. House overall was clean but floors weren’t as clean as you may keep your own home (we just wore our shoes/socks). Our mistake was renting in May, as the house pool was too cold and doesn’t have a pool heater. The community pool and ocean were nice temps.

The inside of the place was fine. The outside around the pool and the pool where not useable. Dirty and rusty furniture outside. Area around pool was filthy we did not use the pool at all. Access to community pool and beach was great.

Clean but dated

A little moldy in the bathrooms here and there. Had a bit of a funk in the air when you walked in. The property appeared clean but could use some simple updates (wall paper, popcorn ceilings, worn furniture) to make it a nicer experience. That said, it was fine for sleeping and convenient to the beach. It was nice that it was in a gated community and had a very safe feel to the location. The pool was also very nice!

Great for young families with a private pool

Great location with easy walk to beach and community pool. The only challenge was the pool had algae when we checked in which was resolved to everyone's satisfaction after a phone call tor he property manager. All in all a great home for a FL beach family vacation.

Great place for young family

We stayed here with our kids and in-laws. Pool was great, quick walk to the beautiful beach, and quiet community. We had everything we needed to cook all week. Beach chairs and wagon were provided for easy beach days.
