Relax and enjoy some ā€œvitamin seaā€ at one of Amelia Island's best coastal retreats. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom updated condo is exceptionally charming. Gorgeous gray porcelain, tiled floors and a custom built in haltry guide your way down the hall to the large great room. Breathtaking ocean views throughout this room along with the coastal accents and dĆ©cor create an unforgettable picturesque setting. Painted a cheery seafoam color, the great room offers two full size sofas (one is a queen sleeper sofa), a large flat screen TV, and a breakfast table which seats 4. Overlooking the great room, the spacious kitchen fully equipped with any item you may need to prepare a tasty meal, features dazzling granite countertops, bar stool seating for 5, and a small wet bar area.

Just off of the main room lies the master bedroom featuring a king sleigh bed with plush floral bedding, a flat screen TV, and the same spectacular ocean views. The recently renovated master bath is absolutely stunning with its white quartz counters, modern vanity, and impressive walk in shower. It offers double sinks and a private water closet. Down the hall you will find two additional bedrooms each with a flat screen TV and a shared hall bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed with fashionable bedding and a desk/office area while the third bedroom offers bunk beds with a full on the bottom and twin on top.

A comfy balcony just off of the main room provides the ideal setting to sip your morning coffee and enjoy a sunrise over the pristine beaches of Amelia Island. A game chest with puzzles and family games is also provided for your entertainment.

The Ocean Park Complex offers immaculately kept grounds, a beautiful pool with a waterfall and hot tub, and a barbecue area. Enjoy a refreshing swim after a day at the beach while preparing delicious burgers on the gas grills.

This wonderful seaside 3 bedroom condominium is only a 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Amelia Island beach and only a 5 minute drive from Fernandina's eclectic downtown area. The main beach area offers several activities for children such as a miniature golf course, a large playground, volleyball courts, a concession stand, and a skate park. Sip on your frozen beverage of choice while relaxing on the beach at the Sand Bar, a casual beach bar and restaurant, just a short walk from this unit. Located only half a mile from the Ocean Park Complex, Fort Clinch State Park presents the perfect place for many recreational activities such as bicycling, fishing, hiking, sunbathing, beachcombing, shelling, swimming, picnicking, and wildlife viewing.

We really enjoyed every aspect of the trip. The check in was easy and smooth. The kitchen was well supplied. I donā€™t recall a pitcher being there. That was not major but could be useful.

Beautiful View and Walk to Restaurant

We really enjoyed the ocean view while in the condo and the covered porch was our favorite spot. Being able to walk to the beach and Sslt Life Restaurant was wonderful- we enjoyed the healthy fresh offerings.

Nice location, easy to find for all four of us. Easy access to beach and we took walks several times a day. Many restaurants not too far away and an interesting little town to visit A car necessary and enough parking at this time of year

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo was perfect. Had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The location was wonderful. Very close to the beach and other fun activities. Great Time!

We had a great vacation at Fernandina Beach! This condo is beautiful and comfortable! It's only a couple blocks walk to the beach or a quick drive with easy parking by the ocean. The pool is awesome to sit by too! Also has great views of the ocean from the large balcony. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Wonderful condo on Amelia Island

Condo is spacious and well appointed. Patio is comfortable and has a great view of the the ocean. The garage is super convenient as well. Itā€™s our second time staying at this property as it is a great location. Very close to the beach, Fort Clinch park and the downtown area.

Fabulous accommodations!

Booked this listing for a week-long spring break trip with my husband, son, sister and niece. Amazing location (3-minute walk to the beach, 2-minute drive to Fort Clinch State Park, and a short drive to several playgrounds), impeccably cared for, super easy check-in and check-out process. The weather was a bit too cold for us to get in the pool, but it was a really nice area for relaxing and getting some hot-tub time. Highly recommend staying here!

Ocean View Condo for the Family Close to DT Fernandina

One block from the beach. Small skate park and basketball court up the street. Short drive to Publix and Downtown Fernandina beach. Spacious and clean inside unit with a huge porch for family to look out at the water or watch the sun rise.

The property inside and out was very clean. Downtown and shops are within a 5-10 minute drive. The inside of the condo is very modern and comfortable. We will definitely come back on 2019.

Beautifully decorated condo with high class finishes.

This condo was very spacious and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Having a garage for our car and beach stuff was something I had never experienced before but was Amazing! The beach is just a short walk away and is quiet and not crowded. We made many great memories on Amelia island and look forward to returning soon!

Awesome Vacation!

Unit and complex were great. Only a a few minutes walk to the beach, which was a necessity for a family with small children like ours. Condo is very spacious and the kitchen was really well stocked. Master bathroom was nicely remodeled and the walk-in closet was great. The large garage, which was more than big enough for our large vehicle and all of our beach stuff, was an unexpected surprise. Downtown Fernandina Beach is only a couple miles away and has a ton of restaurants and shops. Our family LOVED our stay.

The condo and facility was lovely. Such a wonderful experience.

Anything you could want to do is within a short walk or drive. Beach, food, sports, putt putt, soccer, skateboard park all within eye distance. Scooter & bike rentals close by. Drift Surf Shop was pretty awesome with thier selection of sandlas, etc. The property had a wonderful pool & hot tub . Staff and neighbors were very friendly. The condo was beautiful inside and all the amenities as described. We enjoyed the porch and views. It was so spectacular were considering moving.
