Recently updated (2025) 4 Bedroom + Bonus Room and 4 Full Bathroom + Outdoor Shower in the heart of Sea Isle!

Just park your car and take an easy walk to all that Sea Isle City has to offer including the beach, restaurants, shopping, Excursion Park and the Promenade! Come experience our nautical styled home, which includes a bar to spend nights in after putting the kids to bed with a Surfboard Bar top, tiled floors and a door that leads out to a private, spacious, stone paver back yard with enclosed Outside shower. This private rear yard and bonus area are perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day at the beach!

Some of the other outstanding features include spacious bedrooms, plenty of closet and storage space, a large kitchen for entertaining, cathedral ceilings and 4 private decks with sunset views. We also have a few baby/toddler friendly accommodations to help ease any stress - high chair, baby gates and other baby proofing.

Recent renovations include fresh paint and decor, and new TVs, appliances and furniture.

We loved our time in SIC! The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax, especially the large open living room that connects to the kitchen, and deck. We could walk to the beach/dining/mini golf/shopping, and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely be back!

The layout of this home is perfect for a multi-generational family. Everyone felt like they had their own space and you couldn’t hear anything between rooms/floors. Alyssa was incredibly helpful and attentive. Perfect location. We will definitely be returning!

The property had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. The house layout allowed for everyone to gather, and the appliances, etc. made everything very easy. It was conveniently located to all that we needed and parking for our additional cars was easy to find. Jack’s Bar on the first floor was another great spot to hang out. It was a nice quiet street yet it was convenient to walk to whatever activity we wanted to do (beach, bars, restaurants, ice cream, pickleball, etc.) The property owner was very responsive and available to provide any information we needed.

Family reunion

We flew in from out of town for a family wedding. Our rental was amazing for our group of nine who stayed in sea isle. It was just perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own space and there were plenty of areas to hang out together. It was close to the beach.The owners were so nice and helpful. Great week!!

Happy Place

I’ve been going to Sea Isle since I was a little girl. I’m now 73 . It’s our kids and grandkids happy place now also. We rented a beautiful place this year . One of my daughters said “ this is the prettiest place we ever stayed “. It really was decorated beautifully. Everything was spotless and very welcoming . We were a group of 8 and never felt crowded. There was plenty of room. The beach was within walking distance as were many delicious restaurants. The owners were very nice to work with . We’d would definitely go back again. I without a doubt would rent again .

Beautiful Home

House is very lovely and well equipped. Balconies are welcoming for those that love the sun or need some shade. Wonderful time. Host is very responsive in case of any inquiries. Highly recommended!

Family Friendly and Fabulous!

Have spent over 35 years vacationing in SIC. This was a new side of town location for us this year, but still within walking distance to everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 10. House is spacious, well-equipped and very clean! The neighborhood is very friendly. We hope to return next year.

Great family vacation

It's a great and spacious house; we loved the location, within walking distance to everything (except large grocery store). Our bonus sons enjoyed the close proximity to the surfing beaches. We walked everywhere - no need to Uber! The dining recommendations of the owner were spot on and very much appreciated. The friendly neighbors on 37th Street were the best!

SIC Aug 2022

We stayed at this property in August 2022. Exactly liked it was pictured, clean, updated and on a quiet street. 2 and 1/2 blocks to beach, boardwalk and center of town. Host was easy to work with. I have been going to Sea Isle for 38 years would stay here again.

Family vacation

Our stay was fantastic. The owners were extremely responsive and the house was perfect for our family and their friends. The house is in the center of town - a great location and great house, we could not have asked for a better vacation. The house has everything you could need and the owners were truly the best. Fantastic vacation, great house

The communication with the owner was fantastic. I had clear instructions with house and was advised when the house was ready for me to move in. I had small issue with sliding glass door and owners were extremely responsive and had it fixed in hours. We loved the location. I had always stayed further down in Sea Isle in the 60 to 70 range so I was hesitant to rent further up but I loved it. I never got in my car the entire week. The beach section is very nice. All my trips will be in this area for now on. The house was great. The kitchen and living area are on the third floor which allows for an open space plan and great views from the deck.
