Plantation Hale G-11 - Soak up the Sunshine in Paradise!

Ready to relax, soak up the sunshine and let the sunrise be your alarm clock for a change? Located on Kauai's famous Coconut Coast, this second floor unit overlooks one of three pools, is surrounded by swaying palm trees, and has a partial ocean view from your private lanai. We offer all the comforts of home so you don't have to worry about anything except creating wonderful memories!

Many updates were just completed recently, including lots of new flooring, new furniture throughout, and a new walk-in shower. The unit has a king size bed in the separate bedroom and the sofa bed pulls into a single bed allowing you to sleep 2-3 people. The unit's upgrades also include new cabinets, appliances, and flat screen TV's. You are only 100 yards from Waipouili Beach and steps to the Coconut Marketplace. Here you will find shopping, great family-style restaurants, a movie theater, and a famous luau. Imagine being able to do so much without having to drive anywhere! So come experience the Aloha on this magical island!

The condo was great! Appreciated little things like there was enough toilet paper and paper towels to last us the week...and Tupperware for leftovers, and coolers for the beach! The kitchen was well-stocked. Thankful for beach chairs, umbrella, and a boogie board. The bed was comfy. Just wish the AC in bedroom was a little cooler- we were still hot at night. Love that Kapa'a is centrally located so you can drive to the north shore in 30 min or the south shore in 30 min. Great location!

First time in Kauai

We had a rough start at first getting into our room, but after that, it was nice, all of the employees at plantation Hale were very nice. Room was Wonderful and very well stocked, wish we could’ve used the hot tub though. Thank you for everything.

Location and comfort gets an A+

Kapaa is the perfect location to visit the island, if you are wanting to explore the island. The condo has a very comfortable bed and couches. The condo was big enough for two people. The pool was very close (jacuzzi was hot!). If you like to cook with spices, bring your own but the basics (salt, pepper and Italian) are there. It was nice to have the beach chairs and towels in the unit. Coin operated laundry facilities was just down the back stairs and you can exchange for quarters at the check-in desk. The Whole process went smoothly and we had a great time. Mahalo

Central location, well appointed

Great location! Close to groceries and mid island for easy day trips. Well equipped unit. We encountered a slow drain in the shower but emailed owners and it was fixed when we got back. Roosters love to crow right out the window...bring earplugs. Overall a clean unit. The fan in the shower needs a good cleaning which will allow for better ventilation in the bathroom. Laundry facilities in building work well and area is clean and secure. Good air conditioning. Unit could use a decent knife for chopping/slicing. The kitchen has it all and the owners supply great beach chairs, boogie board and a cooler. Nice to have the swimming pool and hot tubs. Front Desk staff are quite helpful. This is a second floor unit that overlooks one of the pool. If standing on the lanai and look left you can see the ocean across the green space.

Great Kauai getaway

We had a great time working remotely from this unit and squeezing in both weekends for fun activities. The layout and location of the unit are great. Kitchen has everything you might need. Property has Weber grills. There are beach chairs, coolers, paddle board, etc. to make you stay super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Condo was as pictured! Check the kitchen before you shop. Many spices and extras available for your use. We loved the location to many areas on the island. The bbq were nice ( and clean). NO issue checking in late as there is a guard on duty to give you the key to your unit. Heather is available should you have any issues.

Great Choice!

Condo was very nice with everything you need. Location was great with condo located in the middle of the island and next to Coconut Market place. Host was very responsive with communications. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Clean, comfortable, & convenient location

First time staying at a Plantation Hale unit & I’ve gotta say it exceeded my expectations. Heather’s place was clean & the AC (so crucial) was perfect. We didn’t get to utilize a lot of the amenities since we basically just slept there but it seemed to have a lot of the essentials. Would definitely recommend for families, couples, etc. because you really can’t beat the location either.

Great location!

We loved it! Quiet, fully equipped kitchen. Great location near beaches,stores and even a Starbucks! The grounds are well kept and clean. Restaurants all around. Would recoomend!

Great Kapaa condo

Clean! Comfortable! Friendly staff Nice amenities Air Conditioning Nice location in Kapaa The only negative was that it was not oceanview or oceanfront. There is a wall and jungle between the condos and the ocean. It is only a few minutes walk so it was not a big deal and we would stay there again though. Great overall experience and close to everything in Kapaa.

Well equipped kitchen. Have everything we needed. Very convenient close to shops. We rented a bike at Kauai Cycle and road on the Makalae coast path.

Perfect for a getaway

This condo was very well appointed. Although the kitchen is not huge, it had everything you can think of and more. I made whipped cream using the hand mixer and chili in the crock pot. The lanai is huge with two sets of patio furniture. The bathroom is also a good size with lots of towels. My daughter slept on the pull out ottoman which converts to a single bed, while my son slept on the couch. The unit was very clean and the air conditioner was nice to have as it was hot.

Anniversary Celebration

These accommodations are amazing. Anything you would need in regards to amenities are all suppled to include beach chairs and towels also a small cooler The location is also incredible. The facilities at this location also great too. I highly recommend this place for an amazing stay in Kauai. Aloha

Great location, clean.

We were happy with the central location of this property. People will tell you about the Kapa'a crawl but if you commute in anyajor city, that is nothing at all. The North part of the island was very accessible from here but so was the South. Short drive from the airport. Hikes and farm markers nearby. Safeway, Foodland etc within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. It looks out over one of the pools/hot tubs. We were very pleased. The kitchen was also stocked with pots, pans, some basic kitchen supplies. Hotel staff on premises were also very friendly and helpful.

Linda and I have been taking the time to escape part of the Michigan winters for the last 30 years. We have stayed in many sunny warm locations for 20 yrs. searching for the perfect spot to spend our retirement winters. It wasn't easy to find a place with perfect weather.10 years ago we found it on Kauai. We spent 10 winters staying on different parts of the Island looking for a permanent location. We finally decided on Plantation Hale in Kapaa in 2010. There are a lot of reasons we chose Plantation Hale. The central location is high on the list.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The central location reduces your travel time to anywhere on the Island. It is a few steps to the ocean and easy walking distance to a lot of shopping and many restaurants. We like the weather here, it varies quite a bit on different parts of the Island. If we encounter rain, you can head to a different part of the Island and most times find sunshine. This location really fits our lifestyle and budget. Linda and I spend a lot of time on the beach enjoying the water sports and reading. Hiking is an important part of our day and we are just a short distance from a great multi use paved path right on the ocean. There is not enough time in the day to do the things we want to do. You are welcome to come and see if you enjoy it as much as we do.
