Bring your family and the kids to Dockside Paradise and experience a truly unforgettable and unparalleled vacation. The true star of this coastal gem is the in-ground heated pool in the lanai. This sparkling pool plus pool spa will be ideal to tackle hot summer days and cool down during your stay. And if you're visiting during the winter months, it can be heated for an extra fee. Water enthusiasts will also be delighted by the dock available for your use. The covered patio by the pool offers a great place to unwind before and after enjoying the pool and to enjoy tasty meals alfresco.

Inside, this air-conditioned home offers an open floor plan combining the kitchen and living room seamlessly. The kitchen will be a great place for the chef to work their magic with all modern stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and two coffee makers (Keurig and drip). Quick meals on the go can take place on the glass table by the kitchen or at the large island. Formal family meals can take place in the dining area by the main entrance of the home. The sunny living area will be all about guests' comfort and entertainment with inviting furniture and a large smart TV with streaming services. The living room opens seamlessly to the private patio and lanai.

This family-friendly home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a TV, access to the patio and lanai, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. There is a second guest bedroom with a TV and en suite bath with a standalone shower. The other two bedrooms (one of them being a bunk bed) share a full bath in the hall.

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
Please note the pool spa is not a hot tub. This will only work when the pool heater is turned on.

There is a dock available. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any watercraft.
Pool Heat - 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Pool heat is available for an additional cost per night. Please inquire further actual costs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
