Sunny Florida Getaway is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on a canal, with a screened in lanai, private pool, and a brand new large dock.
This home has been completely refurbished; cabinets, flooring, sinks, lighting, fans, lawn and landscaping etc..
The living room offers comfortable seating and a 65ā€ TV and DVD with Roku TV's in every room There are also sliders to the lanai /pool area. When opened, the sliders let the outside in for a terrific view of the canal.
The dining room, at the front of the house, has a large window that makes everything bright and airy.

The kitchen has all modern amenities and also has sliders that open to the lanai/pool area with the water view. For casual dining, the breakfast bar is the perfect place.
There is also a full pool bath for convenience when dining outside or using the pool. This bathroom is also accessible from the home.

The spacious master suite has a king bed, 40ā€ TV, and large sliders that open to the lanai/pool area as well the water view.
The master en suite has double vanities, tub, walk-in shower and toilet room.

The three guest rooms have queen beds and TVs. One of the guest rooms is accessible through another bedroom and has sliders to the lanai/pool area.
The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The spacious lanai includes is a large dining table with 6 chairs,as well as a 32" television, BBQ grill, and lounge chairs.
The enticing pool is 24x11 and is heated upon request for a fee of $65.00 weekly.

Awesome place to stay!

We had the best time! This house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed!! The pool was gorgeous and heated and the canal was amazing to look at every day!! We even saw an Alligator swimming in it! We will definitely stay here again!!

Nice home in quiet community

Our family had a wonderful stay. The pool was refreshing, the beds were comfortable, the home had everything we needed and there was no need to leave the house to watch the Fourth of July fireworks. You could see them from every direction. We didnā€™t have much luck on fishing as there is a visiting alligator but s/he was never on land. The neighborhood is very quiet which is always nice.

This property was great. Great location and beautiful home. My children loved the pool. They went fishing every night. Did not catch any. But they did see some good size fish in the water and no alligators. Would recomend this home to anyone that just wants to relax by tge water.

Relaxing Home

Very nice home, extremely happy with multiple bedrooms and comfortable beds! Plenty of linens, pool and beach accessories, kitchen accessories, overall well stocked. Would love to stay at home again in future. Only negative was bug bites from Florida's notorious " No See Um's ", bring your spray, as we do every time we visit Florida.

Hurricane

Property is beautiful and I hope it still is. We weren't able to go because of the hurricane. So sorry to say. The property Mgr said I will be getting a refund and I was just wondering when I can expect it. We would like to book for next year but not sure what condition the house will be. Please advise ASAP. Quiet vacation

The house was clean for the most part. Unfortunately the previous tenants had been fishing and left a lot of trash. Unfortunately the trash pick up wasnā€™t for 3 days so it left the house smelling. The owner was great and advised to set it outside at the road instead of leaving it in the garage. The previous tenants had also used the fridge for bait and fish. The fridge smelled horribly! We bought extra baking soda and cleaned it very well a few different times. It was better by the end of our stay. Other than that.. it was a great stay! We had a blast swimming in the pool and fishing on the pier. There was a huge turtle that came to visit us while fishing. We did catch a red fish on our last day there. Great house and was suited perfectly for what we needed.

Wonderful stay!

We were really impressed by the size of the house and pool. Plenty of room for everyone. A little disappointed that we couldn't fish due to the gators but we still enjoyed our time here.

Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great house and pool. Beautiful and quiet location. House was equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Truly hope we can return next year to escape the northern winter and get some much needed Florida sunshine!

Nice house / decent price

I was not so sure about the rental before we arrived as you can never really tell by looking at something online but I was pleasantly surprised at how large the house is. It is four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and none of them are small. The swimming pool is bigger than it looked in the photos also. The house is a little bit dated and could use some new pool cushions etc but totally fine for us. The neighborhood is very nice and the houses on the street are all very new and nice which is always a concern for me when I rent so I wanted to share that it is a good area. The closest beach is maybe 20 minutes away and there is a grocery store about 10 minutes away. The kitchen had everything that we could want, plenty of towels and linens etc.

Annual Adult Siblings trip

We had a great time at this property and the property manager was great and immediately responded to a couple of issues, and was there quickly. Great guy. One thing we will say is that they need a new cleaning person and we voiced that to him. We were not comfortable with the way the bedding looked. Stains and didnā€™t look freshā€¦. so we washed all of it before going to bed. We washed silverware because a lot of it was sticky in the drawer. Once we cleaned things then we were comfortable. Overall it was a great 10 days with the pool, the view and quiet and plenty of room for all of us.

Perfect Relaxing Family Get-a-way

Overall we enjoyed the property and especially the pool. We have 3 kids and each of them had their own bedroom. There was a TV in every room but there were 2 TV's that did not work in my girls' bedrooms and I was unable to get a response from the Property Manager. We asked about another issue regarding the pool light - b/c it was fun swimming at night, and no response either. The price was right though and it was still a great Florida home. Super close to stores and wonderful Gulf Beaches! Would recommend staying.
