Welcome to Honey Bear Den! Our beautiful 2 story cabin is located in desirable Chalet Village, just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain National Park, and 20 minutes to Dollywood. Close to Ober Gatlinburg for skiing in the winter.

-3 bedrooms- 1 king/2 Queens(plus a double sleeper sofa on each level)

- Due to county fire codes there is not a grill on the property
Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.
Max. guests- 8 (including children)
NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.
NO Pets allowed at any time.
NO parties are permitted.

The main floor has a living room with Smart TV, fireplace, comfortable double size sleeper sofa, kitchen, Dining table for eight, 1/2 bathroom, and king size bedroom with attached full bath.

The lower level has a Game room with 3000 game arcade, air hockey table, smart TV, several board games, Full bathroom, Two Queen bedrooms, Washer and Dryer, and a Second living room area with a double size sleeper sofa. On our two tiered deck there is a hot tub that seats 4 people and ample seating to enjoy the view.

Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out. We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on holidays.

Security Camera: There is a security camera on the front of the cabin in place for your protection.

Bears- There are active black bears near the cabin. Please do not feed or approach the bears. Do not leave food in vehicles and keep vehicle doors and cabin doors locked. We are not responsible for any damage due to wildlife.

This cabin conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg had everything we needed for a family getaway and way more. The kitchen was loaded with top appliances and nice dining ware. Both the upstairs and downstairs living areas have Smart TVs and porches with outdoor seating. The three bedrooms had great linens, and the bathrooms were very modern. Our teens enjoyed air hockey and Packman, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The hosts reached out to check on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldnā€™t think of anything else!

This is the second time we have stayed at Honey Bear Cabin! It is such a cozy place to stay! We love the cabin feel and the cleanliness. The views are so nice! This time we even saw a bear one evening!!! We will definitely return!

Great cabin!!! Weā€™ve stayed at this cabin multiple times and the experience is always the same! Easy check in, wonderful stay in a perfectly located cabin. Host is thoughtful and checks in periodically. We would highly recommend staying in this cozy cabin with an awesome view!

The Honey Bear Den was a perfect place for our family to stay! The cabin is bright, spacious, and clean; had a beautiful view; and had all the necessities we needed and much more! The location is great for both travels into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, however, anyone prone to carsickness be aware you are driving up and down a mountain! Dave and Heather were excellent hosts and answered any questions we had promptly. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area!

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The cabin was clean and beautiful. It had plenty of space for our family of 5. We very much enjoyed the arcade machine and the air hockey. We got to see bears coming out of the woods and one even came for a visit to the deck. We had the very best most blessed time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great cabin in the smoky mountains. Clean, spacious and amazing view from a balcony. We are really enjoyed staying here. Close to hiking trails and other attractions. Beware of the bears.

A wonderful layout for family

The layout of this cabin was the perfect fit for us! My mom & dad, sister, husband and I had a fantastic time. The hosts were very responsive anytime we reached out to them. There was a lot of bear activity but we kept our vehicles locked and free of food so we had no problems. We really enjoyed watching them. The roads are very steep & winding but that was expected. Location is convenient to Gatlinburg and the park. We enjoyed this well stocked cabin and would certainly stay again!

This was the 3rd time that we have stayed at this amazing cabin. It never disappoints! Great location, well kept and very comfortable for our family of 4. Itā€™s a little slice of heaven up in the Smokey Mountains! We highly recommend this cabin!

Amazing

The most amazing trip. Hosts were amazingly helpful. We were stuck in the cabin due to snow but the hosts helped so much with who would deliver and status of the roads, etc. There was no question unanswered. Beautiful and very clean cabin

Quick trip with a Bear visit

First off, itā€™s a wonderful cabin. We donā€™t love the location as we prefer to be in a more secluded and less populated area but that was the only miss about the place. Great floor plan, and hosts were very helpful on checkin and dropping an extra car off early. The main event happened around 9:30p when a bear broke into our car and destroyed the inside. Memory maker! All this to say, make sure you lock your car and donā€™t leave any food whatsoever in your car!!

We really enjoyed this cabin! We loved the cabin feel of all the wood. It was very clean. We liked that the cabin was at a higher elevation so we could look out at the views and other cabins in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
