Luxurious and spacious, this 6th-floor oceanfront condo has 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A gorgeous oceanfront condo with incredible views! We can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, great rates- you're going to love it here!
Our luxury oceanfront condo boasts an enormous corner terrace with incredible Caribbean Sea views! There are two spacious king suites, each with terrace access and beautiful views. Wake up to the sun sparkling on the turquoise water! With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this vacation rental can comfortably sleep 8 guests. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy a meal with your friends and family. Relax, soak up some sun and the stunning scenery.

The open layout of this luxurious vacation home allows for plenty of natural light and takes full advantage of the gorgeous views. Fully loaded with all appliances, the large kitchen makes it convenient to eat in when you want. There is also dining space for 8 on the balcony! We also have a ping pong table!

Location, location, location! Across the street are two major grocery stores. Great shopping, excursions, and gourmet restaurants are just a short stroll away. One of the best things about El Cantil is that it's right on the water's edge, so you can snorkel and swim anytime! There's a natural grotto with steps leading right into the sea, a sandy beach area, plus a heated swimming pool and wading pool.

-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-El Cantil is located in a downtown area, so some noise from nearby resorts, events, or the highway is possible.

Great Location in Cozumel!

This property is ideal for a family vacation in Cozumel. It's close to the city centre so an easy walk to restaurants, dive shops and shopping. The pool is great for staying at home, and being on the waterfront provided immediate access to the Caribbean Sea for snorkelling. We could not be happier with our stay!

Overall, the property was ok, but certainly not "Luxurious" as stated. Yes, the condo was large in size, but cheaply furnished with what looked like mismatched garage sale items. The towels and bed linens were of poor quality, with a major shortage of towels limited to just one per person every 2-3 days. When I requested more, all I got was sorry, can't help you. If you are seeking someplace with a truly luxurious feeling, I would suggest considering someplace else.

Beautiful viewa

The condo and staff were great! We had noisy above neighbors that would move furniture around at night. The biggest concern is you are across from a large plaza that had events 4 of the 7 days we were there. They set up at night which was very loud. Large speakers and testing. And with 2 of the events the roads were blocked and no taxis. So condo good but events made it less enjoyable.

Great location

The property was as depicted in the pictures. The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown, grocery store across the street and a big one 2 blocks away, easy to get a cab and fun to watch the cruise ships dock. Pool area is great. Good snorkeling in front of the property but be cautious of the waves crashing on the rocks and the current. I would not recommend it for novice swimmers. We would stay at the property again.

As good as we remembered it.

Our group loved the property. Amazing views, beautiful pool heated pool, and great layout. Dove and did a snorkel trip with Dive with Martin, pick you right up at the pier at the condo so incredibly convenient. Spent hours ever day in the pool and in the ocean right in front of the complex. One thing thing to be aware of, at least this year, their Carnival celebration was just starting and took place across the street. Most nights very loud music with a ton of base went to 2, 3 and once 4 AM. I will be back again for sure.

The property was set up perfect to have 4 private rooms with bathrooms. Lots of main area living space. Big deck. Big kitchen. Pools were at good temperature. Easy access to snorkel in front

Family Vacation

Perfect size for 2 couples and 2 singles. Very spacious. Everyone loved the ping pong table. Location was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Ocean and pool accessible at bottom level of condominium. Heated pool was perfect because it can get a little cool in December. Carmen is the housekeeper and came every other day. Super nice lady. My family would stay here again.

8 day trip with family ages teen to adult

PERFECT location, easy access in and out of the ocean, large clean pool with plenty of lounge chairs! My family has lived in Cozumel as well as we visit frequently and the location of El Cantil can't be beat. The sunsets from balconies are amazing. Quiet units with plenty of staff at entry to answer any questions as well as very safe. Unit was clean and although some updating could be done it did not take away from our stay at all. We requested extra towels as we had majority of females that require a towel for hair and another for body and the extra towels were provided first thing the next morning. We will definitely return.

Fabulous family vacation

Great place to stay

Awesome location and a great view of the ocean. Great to have the ping pong table in the house! Lots of space for activities. Highly recommended. Only downside was that the hot tub was out of order.

Fabulous view in El Cantil

The apartment was spacious, big terrace / balcony with a magnificient view towards the ocean and pool area. Good selection of dishes and pans if you like to cook your own meals. The dishwasher should be replaced asap since it was in terrible condition and leaked water while running. Communication with manager Eve was easy and she was always eager to assist. The apartment is a corner unit and in this case it was a minus since we could hear loud music at night until 2 am from nearby bar and noise from nearby construction area. The location of El Cantil is great for supermarket and restaurants, you can manage without a rental car and just use the taxi. Overall we had a wonderful time in El Cantil!

A perfect place to stay!

This was our second time to this same unit, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The condo is clean and well appointed. Housekeeping was wonderful each visit (be sure to tip her!). The condo is in a great location for walking to town and for grabbing a taxi to head out of town. The bedrooms are spacious, each with its own en suite bath. The kitchen is a bit dated but fully functional and absolutely adequate - this is an observation and not a complaint. I won't really speak as to the interior because we spent nearly every waking moment while at the condo on the balcony! My singular complaint is it is already booked for next year!

Awesome stay

Second stay this year. We loved it. The bellmen out front helped with anything we needed. I used what’s ap to communicate with the property manager and responses were immediate. Dive companies pick you up at the dock out front. Pool is beautiful. Location is one block from the huge grocery store. You will not regret this stay 10 out of 10

Amazing location and amenities

Our group loved the property. Amazing views, beautiful pool, great hot tub on the balcony, Here are some tips: 1. Supermarket across the street (not the mega) is very affordable. Great place to stock up on food and drinks for your stay. We left some shopping bags in a drawer. 2. Get some pesos and offer to pay for everything in pesos. Taxi's charge about 40% less when you pay in Pesos, and you will save 10-20% at most restaurants so credit card or cash always offer to pay in Pesos if you can. 3. Dive with Martin was amazing. They will pick up and drop off at the dock at the property. We were a mixed group of certified, getting certified, and non-certified and they accommodated all of us. 4. Eve, your contact for the property is extremely responsive and willing to help with everything. Edgar, one of the staff at the property is also helpful 5. Get to Ciello beach. It's amazing with stingrays cruising the crystal clear thigh to waist deep water. 6. Bucahnos is worth the trip if you want a great dinner, with an amazing view in a beautiful setting. It's pricey for the island, but reasonable for the states. 7. Very relaxing pool which we used for hours each day. 8. Short walk to the plaza with multiple places to eat. We enjoyed Jeanies, Rolandi's (almost next door), and the restaurant above Fat Tuesday's were all good and easy not the wallet. Cozumel Dreams is a great Sushi place with a $21 all you can eat in an hour option. Very limited seating and closed Sunday and Monday. 9. Couple of things in the condo could use some updating, but all in all very comfortable with beach towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of our best vacations ever in large part to the location and amenities at El Cantil. Would go back again in a second.
