You’ll have access to a private outdoor pool with a grand BBQ - perfect for summer months; and a private indoor jacuzzi spa room - even better in the winter months! There are 4 floors, roughly 400 square meters, and has 5 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (that can be used as heaters as well). There are also 3 other bathrooms located conveniently around the villa, so a total of 8 bathrooms. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, and the grand staircase leads up to 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor.

The living room has a wood-burning fireplace so you can get cozy with your loved ones, in front of a 55-inch flatscreen smart TV with Netflix for those movie nights. The fully-equipped open kitchen layout makes it convenient to cook up a hearty meal for you to enjoy on the large dining room table or the outdoor dining areas.
