Vacation/Workcation - you choose! Our spacious 3BR/2BR Tatum Ranch Golf Club home has it all! We are close to tons of great restaurants and shopping areas! Also find many popular destination points of the area including nature walks and hiking, golfing, casinos, and of course MLB Spring Training! Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is just a 30-minute drive, and the famous Mayo Clinic is within 10 miles. This single-story home sits on a very private desert view lot where you can relax with beautiful sunsets from the hot tub, drinks around one of two fire tables, a family movie or sports on the patio TV! Inside the home you will find a spacious open living area with a cozy fireplace and dining for 6, along with a generously equipped kitchen. There's even an office area if you must! Free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi of course. We provide Apple TV in the main living area and each bedroom has a smart TV - feel free to bring your streaming devices!

**Please note this is not a party house! We have very nice neighbors, and we want to respect their living at all times. Being obnoxiously loud will not be tolerated. **

Great Winter Getaway

This 3-bedroom home is a great getaway from winter weather. The home is well equipped, clean, and a great fit to relax and enjoy the warm weather. The owners are amazing. We appreciate their communication and consistent ability to answer questions promptly. We would definitely recommend this home.

Cave Creek winter respite

We were snow birding to get away from Chicago's winter. Loved the area enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Spent a lot of time in the backyard during our afternoons. Some great hiking neatby as well. Our hosts were so nice and thwir home was just what we wanted and more

Perfectly peaceful

This property was perfect for our needs. The hosts were great about getting back to us with any questions. The house is immaculate and well decorated, and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. Super quiet neighborhood, great location. Very nice backyard with a beautiful pool and lots of areas to relax. Highly recommend!

Backyard Oasis For Sure

We had another amazing stay this year. From the responsiveness, to the agile date shift accommodations, cleanliness, and beautiful views. This Oasis is close to restaurants, groceries, and parks. It’s centrally located for hiking, pickleball, and downtown festivities.We definitely would recommend this house. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and we look forward to next year! ☀️

Golf Vacation

This property was amazing. We went with our son and his friends. They all went to the Waste Management Golf tournament and I stayed and worked. The location was great, close to everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I even made good use of the office space while they were at the tournament. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again. Thanks Greg and Sherri!!!

Best of Both Worlds

This property exceeded our expectations. It was far enough out from the general congestion of Phoenix that you felt removed from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough that you have easy access to all greater Phoenix has to offer. When we weren’t out exploring The surrounding area, the home was like our own little luxury resort. We loved the privacy offered in the back yard. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of restaurants and groceries can be found within a few minute’s drive.

Wonderful Days in the Cave

Our first, one month get away escaping snow was very successful. The house was clean, comfortable, equipped for working, and close to everything. The house is located between North Scottsdale and Cave Creek so everything was close by whether walking or driving. The owners were amazing. They were extremely responsive and accommodating (both check in and check out). We plan to return again next year because our experience was so wonderful. Thank you Greg and Shari.

A Wonderful week we will always cherish!

The pictures and description of this home do not do it justice. Just being there and being able to enjoy the sunshine and beauty. It was peaceful, clean, incredibly spacious and close enough to shopping or restaurants that we had tons of options. The hot tub was great to relax in, next time it will probably be warm enough to use the pool as well. We will be back! The owners communicated clearly and we had easy access to the property once we arrived.

Peaceful and wonderful

When we checked in it was a breeze.. everything was perfect from the kitchen to the bedrooms and also the back yard.. walking trails were wonderful also.. we had trouble with the tv’s because of our own lack of knowledge but our hosts were wonderful. Now we r a little more tv savvy!! Thank you so much for letting us rent your house!! We will be looking this awesome spot up next year

Our third year and still great !

This is our third review of the house ! As usual, Shari and Greg’s house was just perfect for our month-long stay. The house is very clean, has everything you need and in a great neighborhood. You’ll also find yourself spending a lot of the time in the backyard (pool, hot tub, fire table, BBQ grill, large screen TV) while watching amazing sunsets and desert wildlife. We also love the improvements done over the last year such as brand new patio furniture, a backyard putting green and super fast fiber optic internet. We have to work remotely during our stay so the office space is great (equipped with computer monitors). We are already looking forward to our stay next year.

Second time and always great !

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house for the second time, and it was perfect once again. The house was in great shape—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location is ideal, just north of Scottsdale and Desert Ridge. It offers plenty of walking trails, golf courses, shopping, and dining options. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene. The backyard is a true oasis. With an outdoor TV, BBQ, fire pit, pool, and hot tub, it was our favorite spot to relax and unwind. Greg and Shari, the hosts, were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always available. This rental is indeed a serene desert oasis. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return next year.

Oasis in the Desert!

My husband and two adult children stayed at this wonderful Cave Creek home for 10 days over the Christmas holiday to attend our son's wedding in the area. Greg and Shari were amazing! They answered all of our questions and helped solve a few very minor issues promptly. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood with a trail at the end of the road that we walked daily. We saw lots of bunnies, owls, and even two coyotes. The backyard was the highlight of our stay. We spent countless hours playing cards, sitting around the fire, and lounging in the hot tub. I miss the views and the hummingbirds!! We will definitely look to stay here again in the future when we return to visit the newlyweds. :)

Tatum Ranch Desert Oasis

Our family of 6 (including 4 young adults) spent the week of Christmas here and we loved it. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. It was exceptionally clean and the hosts provided very detailed instructions addressing our every need, including checking in, operating the the tv's/BBQ/hot tub/etc., and recommendations for the area. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and we cooked several meals here, including Christmas dinner. The neighborhood was very quiet and conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. We loved sitting at the high top table in the backyard for breakfast, watching the hummingbirds and soaking up the morning sun in December, and also enjoyed hanging around the fire table in the cool evenings. We've stayed in other VRBO's, and we would rank this one at the top of the list. Thank you to the hosts for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable, and for being very accommodating with our travel issues.

Fabulous ! Can't wait to come back !

We have been in Cave Creek many times and Greg and Shari's house is the absolute best place we have ever stayed at. The house is beautiful, extremely clean and in a wonderful quiet neighbourhood close to everything (even though you are in the desert). We just spent a full month at the house on a workcation and I honestly cannot find a single negative. Where do I start ? The backyard is so peaceful with the pool, hot tub, fire tables, outdoor TV, furniture, grill. Let's face it, we've all rented places where you basically had to do everything in the kitchen with the potato knife. Not here ! The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you could think of (blender, two types of coffee machines, actual knives that cut, pots, pans... even an air fryer !) All the rooms in the house are very spacious and well decorated. The beds were super comfortable. If you do have to work a little bit while you are at the house, the small office is just perfect with very good internet throughout. As others have stated, this location is perfect because you are just outside Phoenix in a very serene environment. Yet, if you need something or need to go out, there is everything close by (restaurants, shops, groceries) and just 15 minutes from great options at Desert Ridge or even Scottsdale. Finally, a word about our hosts Greg and Shari. The communication was great and they were wonderful hosts. We communicated many times during our month-long stay and they were extremely nice and quick to answer any questions we might have. Pre-check in and check in was a breeze. Also, they have put a lot of effort to document everything. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Cave Creek/Phoenix area, do not hesitate, book this property, we highly recommend it !

When you keep coming back to the same location, you know it is a 5 Star all around. The hosts make it easy to check in and are communicative during the entire process. Outside of the beautiful outdoor oasis, the house is equipped with everything you need so you can enjoy your time.

Great Stay

This was a great spot for us given its proximity to Brown’s Ranch and the large Scottsdale trail system. The house was clean, spacious with a beautiful backyard for sitting by the pool. We had a great stay and Greg and Shari were very responsive to any questions.
