This well-appointed retreat is a sure bet for your Gulf Coast getaway! Located just a short walk to the water, this vacation rental provides an open-concept living area, two en suite bedrooms, and a private patio with a gas grill for afternoon cookouts. Find a multitude of attractions, entertainment, and dining options within walking distance or a short drive. For exhilarating water rides, head to Beach Park at Isla Blanca. Schedule a deep-sea fishing trip or a parasailing excursion for additional entertainment.

Relax on the sofa and watch a movie on the TV in the living area. Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, which offers a full suite of appliances, ample cookware, and an array of gadgets.

Amenities include complimentary WiFi and an in-home washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great and affordable location

The property was well located and clean with all toiletries available. There was a moldy smell in the kitchen, if we would have stayed longer I don't think I would have booked this property. Definitely something to consider if you're staying here a while.

Wonderful location. Able to walk to many places and the beach. Breakfast lunch across the street. Market was a small block away. Beach is enormous and runs for miles. Well maintained.

Loved it, perfect location and way better than expected.

It's perfect for a family of 4. The backyard was really spacious and so was the place. Location was great because everything is so close by, even the beach is a 5 min walk. It would be nice if they left a broom to clean up the sand that accidentally comes in with your beach clothes. Aside from that I would recommend this place.

Great place for two couples or friends traveling together

Great central location. We walked to the beach with our cooler etc. Walk to one of the best breakfast places in town on the corner. It was very clean and felt fresh. I will rent it again. We had one issue with the beach chairs and umbrella missing but it was made right after a little run around with the property management call center.

The condo was very clean and convenient to everything. Very short walk to the beach and the grocery store was 1 block away. Highly recommend!!!! Check in/out was seamless. These folks have the process down. The bbq pit was cute, so don’t plan on bbq’ing. All and all it was perfect because if I’m on an island on the coast I want seafood made for me. There is a really good breakfast place 50 yards away.

Disappointed

Unfortunately we had several issues with the property and contacting the property manager for a reimbursement. The unit appeared to be neglected (water damage), the fridge leaked water over our food, and washing machine did not drain after we started a load and we had to remove everything and strain ourselves.

Mold stench, inapropriate parking space, poor communications

The apartment/condo had issues that were not addressed. On the guest bathroom there was evidence of water damage in the ceiling and a strong stench to mold. The initial use of faucets produced sand. Water tasted horribly even after some use. We ended up using bottled water except for showering. The assigned parking lot was unusable as it was invaded by plants and brushes. We left the property a day earlier. Management refused to refund us the last night. Communication with the management was poor and the response time was ridiculous, like 3 days to respond to any issues. Not a good place to stay. No wonder all the other units were empty.
