Kickback in Kissimmee and be in the center of it all! Located 2.5 miles to Disney and 10 miles to Universal puts you in the center of your vacation destination. And if your goal is to Kickback and relax the resort offers numerous amenities, so you can do as much as you desire or as little as you want.
Please enjoy our spacious one bedroom Villa during your stay in Kissimmee. You have a full kitchen to create some magical meals or go out and enjoy the night life and restaurants in the area.

Nice villa in a great location

We had a fantastic vacation. The homeowners were great to deal with and very responsive. My children had a ton of fun in the slides.

Nice kitchen with lots of counter soace

I stayed at this condo to prepare for a food contest. Lots of good counter space and the oven worked great.

From beginning to end this was an overall excellent experience. The property owner made what was a difficult situation I'm dealing with (home flood/construction) so much easier to deal with. She cares not only about the property but the people that are staying there as well. I was there for 4 weeks and everything I needed was provided. Due to my work schedule and coming in in the middle of the night, I felt very safe coming into this gated community. The resort amenities are an extra added bonus. Although I live locally, I never knew this place existed until now. If I'm looking for a staycation this would be the place to be. I will definitely recommend to any friends or family looking for accommodations as well.

Great location, Lydia is a fantastic host!

Property is great, and in a great community with many great amenities and close to grocery stores. Lydia is an excellent host and was very fast to communicate on questions and help where she could. Will be back next time am in town.

Very nice

Very pleasant community. Nice and relaxing pool. Abundance of fun across the street at Calypso Cay. Condo was clean, had plenty of towels and extra sheets. It was a very nice stay.

Chef's Kiss for Kissimmee!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay TREMENDOUSLY! The vacation rental was CLEAN, NEAT, and had everything we needed for our stay. The area was safe, quiet, and accessible to everywhere we needed to go. Checkout was very easy! Owner was super-responsive, very kind, and helpful. Would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend it!

Great Place

We have stayed at Runaway Beach for several years now. Lydia's place is perfect. She is the best host we have ever had. The place was perfect. She actually stopped to see us when she was there. Communication with Lydia was great. Everything you need is very close by. I would highly recommend staying here.

8 days in A lovely Florida resort

The villa was just like we expected. The pictures are a good representation. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood every day. We also enjoyed the pool. There were lots of other amenities that we didn't utilize . The villa was quiet. We will definitely stay here on a future trip to Florida.

Home Away From Home

Host was great! I had to reschedule due to a family emergency and she helped me reschedule with out a hitch. She communicated prior to the stay. Once we got there we were really impressed! There was a nearby Walmart and Publix and it felt like we temporarily lived in Kissimmee not as out of towners. I look forward to going back. Great Host, and Unit!

Loved our stay

Loved this little place, super clean and an overall good vibe. The bed and sheets were *so* comfy and soft. We had to buy most things to keep us going - coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, olive oil, dish soap, hand soap... It would be nice to have the basics, but we weren't too bothered as we could easily buy everything at the Walmart that was very close by. Having access to the pool was a big plus! It was also super well located, very close to Disney Springs. It felt very safe and the neighbors were always very nice and polite. We did try and contact the building manager for something but never got a reply back which was unfortunate. The garbage disposal also wasn't working, it would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to our arrival. As a European I was horrified to learn that the resort didn't do recycling, not sure if this is common practice but this place needs to get with the times- not recycling in 2023 is unacceptable. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Nice place with issues

It is in a great location and has great potential if things are cleaned up. The front door stuck we tried to enter. The dining room table was set up nicely but the place mats had food stains. There were no dish towel except the one cutely tied as a bow. When we untied it, it was obviously not intended to be used because the towel was freed and dusty. There was no toilet paper. The bed had not been changed. Blankets smelled like they had been perfumed not cleaned. Pillows on the sofas also had stains. Dryer lint screen hasn’t been emptied in awhile. We called the on-site management for the toilet paper. Two hours later we called a second time and reported the bed not changed. Over an hour later, someone finally came and changed the bed and gave us toilet paper. Two days later they fixed the door. There was a very specific list of items that were there and nothing else. We are used to basic herbs/spices (no salt or pepper). Dishwasher was locked on one hour cycle. Thermostat locked between 70-75deg.

Treat break

This property is a beautiful little gem after all the hum drum of the parks and shopping. It’s quiet, peaceful and in a wonderful location. The owner, Lydia is awesome and was very informative on the local surroundings. Will definitely be staying there again.

I started buying the Villas at Runaway Beach as I wanted to make sure my family would always have a place to stay when they planned a trip to Disney. We are great fans of Disney but they have gotten too expensive to stay on their property. I've been also purchasing other Villas at the resort so as of today I have 4.

Over the years the Resort has been popular as guests find the value of a stay well worth it. This helps them to have more money to spend on their vacation.
