Surprising

I'm glad this spot was so close to the parks, but honestly shocked at how little it resembled the images on the listing. It was not clean - the sheets, towels, toilet and sink were - but the rest of the apartment was not. Actually our socks and feet were black after walking around in the house. The tub has a filthy anti-slip mat, the walls have dust and cobwebs, it's definitely not as sun-drenched as the photos would have it, and every corner of the floor is caked with dirt. Honestly, what is the cleaning fee for? Decorative pillows were so dirty it was actually gross to put your face on the sleeping pillows they were laid up against. The couch is so gross it has a massive stain. Banged up all over the place, paint chipping off, and metal fixtures just rusting. Please do a better job at either cleaning or depicting its actual state.

Nice for the price

This place was an older condo. The Decor was nice which didn't make it feel so old but the cleaning staff should have a firm talking to. Due to COVID I make it a habit of sanitizing everything and good thing I do. When we walked in you could see the food crumbs on the table, dinning chairs and sofa . The floors weren't swept and the toilet wasn't cleaned. There was signs that someone had used it and didn't flush (#2) other than that it was nice for the price.

Nice condo that was just what we needed.

I could work from the condo while my daughter was in a Tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. It is close to all the other fun stuff, too

Didn't meet expectations

We are used to paying more for the Hyatt but decided to go the more affordable route with this VRBO on our vacation to Disney World. Next time we'll just pay more to go back to the Hyatt. There were a lot of little things that bugged us. This used to be a hotel and so it's a little weird that the guest house and lobby area is completely vacant. It feels low energy. There are some vending machines but the Dasani water bottles were completely sold out for days. Also, when I did laundry in their community laundry room, I wasted $2 trying to get dryer sheets out of their machine. Those were sold out. The worst was that we were on the first floor and you can hear everything through the ceiling. We had two toddlers running around above us our whole stay - even at 11:30pm at night. It was so loud. We complained to the manager but nothing happened. We weren't given another room. My wife also found black hair in the bathtub once we got there so that was a little gross. The things our kids did enjoy were the pool, catching little lizards, and feeding the ducks in a pond nearby. So they enjoyed it. But, next time we'll be staying somewhere else.

Great spot next to Disney

This place was great. Short uber/lyft ride to all of the Disney parks. Very clean. Only downside was we could hear the neighbors through the walls. We didn't spend much time in the unit except to sleep but all the neighbors appeared to be respectful and were not too loud after 10 pm. I would be willing to stay here again.

Great unit, but.....

although our unit was clean and well kept, the overall resort property was not in the best of shape. Everything around has either closed up or looks to be in need of repairs. There is nothing within walking distance to the property in the way of retail, etc.,

Wonderful place!

My husband and our 5 y/o son stayed here in April for our Disney vacation. It was perfect! The unit is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. We had more than enough space, which is sometimes a challenge with our very active little boy. The furnishings were modern and the unit was super-clean and fresh-feeling. The proximity to the parks could not be beat. This place is perfectly situated right off the highway, but it is so quiet and relaxed you'd never know it. We were an $8 Uber ride from Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios (the two parks we visited) and a $5 ride from a variety of restaurants and a grocery store. My husband and I could not believe how fortunate we were with the location, the quality of the unit, and the tremendous value (particularly when compared to staying at an official Disney property).

Great location for Disney

I was pleased with our stay at this property. The owner provided clear, concise directions to access the unit and once inside, everything was as pictured. There was plenty of room for our family of 4: 2 queen size beds + sheets were provided for the sofa/futon, so one kid got a queen size bed to himself, the other was happy on the futon, and I didn't have to listen to arguments (about the bed situation anyway). Beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was acceptable-to-good. Most furnishings & kitchen items seemed new. The location is excellent if your plans include visiting the Disney parks - less than 15 minutes door to door. Taking a Lyft / Uber from this location was actually a couple dollars less than paying to park a car at Disney, and much less hassle. Overall, this was an excellent value. We lost nothing in the way of convenience versus staying at a Disney resort & spent so much less.

This place was so nice and clean! It was very easy to find and close to several restaurants. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone that I know headed to Disney!!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved this condo and location. Highly recommend as a less expensive option over staying at the Disney hotels. We opted for Uber on 2 of the days, which was about $20 round trip (which is less than parking!) and way more convenient to park hop with little ones. Exactly as pictured, easy to locate, comfortable, and no issues during our 5 day stay. :) Thank you!

Great location and space

I really enjoyed the location with all the condo had to offer. Some other reviews indicated that it was noisy, but it was as noisy as any apartment. I really liked that it was on the interior of the complex next to the pool because you could not hear people coming and leaving. My daughter and I had a blast and, in the Corolla that we rented, we would have only used a tank in 12 days driving to and from Disney and Universal! Right near the I-4 that will take you to all the theme parks.

The villa itself is nice. The owner was great at responding to emails.

The villa it self was nice. The area was somewhat questionable.. When we arrived there were people waiting by the pool door to give out free food.. We kindly asked them to leave... Needs some new pots and pans in the kitchen but other than that it was useful to our needs. However, if you plan to stay here I would double check if the villa upstairs is a vacation rental or a live in unit.. They were extreamly loud and at midnight doing there business.... Did I say extreamly loud... We unfortunately will not be returning as it woke everyone up and I really dont need to explain that to my young children.

Nicely decorated. Conveniently located if you plan on going to Disney or Universal Studios.

However, not the ideal place if you plan on spending time in the room itself. It was extremely noisy because it is located right next to the swimming pool. The room smelled like cleaning chemicals. The Decor was inviting

Clean, quiet and close to Disney!

The condo was very clean and quiet. The only thing I would have liked to have had was a book about the area with recommended places to eat, nearest Walmart, etc.
