Grab your favorite blankets, prepare delicious snacks in the well-equipped kitchenette, and unwind in the living room while watching everyone's favorite series or movie on the Smart TV with cable. Or if you are in a playful mood, pull out any of the board games available and get ready for a thrilling evening at home! Right off the living room is a cozy room with comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace that will keep everyone warm during your stay. Central heating and a stand-alone, propane space heater provide coziness throughout the rest of the home. The kitchenette offers old-school charm with a retro Galanz fridge and all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare tasty meals. It also features a Keurig coffee maker in case there are coffee enthusiasts in your group. This home features a convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, so you are allowed to pack as light as you would like. After exploring and enjoying all the Adirondacks have to offer, slip into the hot tub and relax into your perfect stay.

Things to Know
Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.

There are three active surveillance cameras on site. One is on the barn looking at the road/driveway/home exterior, another one on the home with floodlights looking at the barn, and a doorbell camera on the front porch. Cameras will be shut down when the home is rented.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
