Check in was very smooth. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook most of our meals at home. Overall an amazing stay! Highly recommend.

Great location for a cape week

We had a wonderful stay at Liliya’s house. She was extremely responsive to our communications. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the wonderful backyard after a day on the beach.

Great Stay for our Family

My husband, kids, and I stayed here and loved our stay! Great proximity to the beach and stores, plus an awesome backyard to hang out in. Owners were super responsive with questions.

Amazing house near great beach

We loved our stay at this amazing vacation home. It was beautiful, super clean, had comfortable beds, great showers, the perfect outside space and a dream fenced in yard. It truly felt like home. The owners thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. A great beach is just across the parking lot. We highly recommend staying here.

We are so glad we rented this property! It was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 2 kids aged 3 and 6). Great neighborhood, so much space in the backyard, 5 min walk to the beach with a beach wagon, chairs, and lots of toys provided. The kitchen was well-appointed and everything was clean and comfortable. I have zero regrets or complaints. The host was wonderful and extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Fantastic getaway!

The house was as great as the pictures, if not better. The location was awesome, being such a short walk to the most beautiful beach. The house had so many helpful little amenities, especially for those with kids. The backyard was enormous and the house was beyond spotless. We will absolutely be back!!

Family Friendly and Clean

Great home … close to beach

We loved our stay! House was clean. Great backyard with covered area, fire pit, couches, table for outside eating, swing. The 3 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Beautiful area for morning walks along the water. We had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

A wonderful Cape vacation!

I had a wonderful vacation and experience staying at the host's home. Their home was decorated nicely, the beds were very comfortable and they have everything any family or couple need. I really enjoyed staying at their home and am looking forward to my next vacation at their home. The host's Lilya and Robert were very nice and accommodating when I had a question. They really are lovey hosts.

Summer Stay

Property is very well kept and is in excellent location. Layout of house, furniture, and amenities are all above expectations. Where many owners scrape by on the bare minimum,, this host is outstanding and invests to make sure your stay is an experience. Don't pass it up!

Delightful home

The house was as described and very clean and comfortable. It was also very well-stocked with pots and pans, etc., bathroom amenities, towels, blankets, etc. The backyard totally exceeded expectations. It is outstanding - with a comfortable outdoor shower, great seating areas, a grill, a large table and chairs, and a fire pit. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would be happy to book this property again.

Wonderful Short Holiday

The holiday beach house was just how we imagined from the Website. My husband and I, son and daughter in law and two children stayed for four nights. The backyard was perfect for the kids to run around and the patio area great for the adults at night. We ate out most of the time but noted the house provided everything needed to cook meals etc. The beach is a short and pleasant walk from the house. Weather was perfect. Would highly recommend and next time will stay longer.

Our first Cape Cod vacation

Our entire 5-people family liked the house very much. It had everything we needed, and was in a great shape. Very short walk to the beach. We also found "our" stretch of the beach to be the best in between the two bounding rivers, with the least amount of vegetation and sharp shells and gravel. The couple of times we needed to ask our host a question, the response was instantaneous, which we particularly appreciated.

Pleasant surprise

We can’t say enough about the home, outside living space and location! Everything you needed was available at this house from the fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach needs, games and so much more. The garage was a plus for unloading and keeping everything safe. We loved the outdoor living space and spent most of our time outside. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Family Vacation

This property is exactly as the pictures show. The house was clean and it also had everything you needed from kitchen supplies, bathroom toiletries, and beach chairs/towels. Check in was easy and the owners were very responsive. The backyard was amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside every day, it was like having an extra room. We also enjoyed having a fire one evening. The location to the beach can’t be beat. It was so easy and fast to walk to the beach, which was great if we wanted to go for a few hours or walk the beach at night. The location of the house is also close to restaurants, shops, and activities. We would definitely rent again.

Stop scrolling and book this one!!

Great communication with owner. House was clean and uncluttered. Everything one would need to cook a meal was present. So close to one of our favorite beaches, we walked to it daily. Skipper’s restaurant a walk away. The out door space at this property was where we spent mornings till the mosquitos got unbearable. So great! The yard was fenced in and flat for games. Beds were comfortable. Honestly it was very hard to leave. Thanks for having us

Small family oasis

Liliya’s home was everything we needed PLUS more. It was impeccably clean upon arrival. It was spacious but cozy enough for our family of 4. The backyard was a dream! The location was ideal - having the beach a 3 min walk away made “beaching” with an infant and toddler doable. Access and use of the large, clean garage was an amenity we didn’t know we needed. It served as our loading and unloading area with all of the equipment that comes along with having kids! If we venture to the area again, we will absolutely be back!!

Simply awesome

Where to begin..,, with this vrbo you feel welcomed, and tryy taken care of from the checking process to the garden items and oh the incredible towels. You will feel like you should have chosen this place a long time ago. The host will check in, the steps to the beach are few, the neighborhood is lovely… it’s just great

Relaxing family vacation

Clean and lovely home with a beautiful backyard, where we spent much of our time relaxing, playing yard games, and grilling. Our boys also enjoyed the ping pong table and the basketball hoop. It was an easy walk to the beach too!

Nice House in Good Location

There is a great backyard with two comfy queen beds. One of the showers is amazing. It is a fun location near a couple of beaches. For Renters: You are given supplies based on a formula of people and length of time. I suggest bringing your own toilet paper and trash bags. If you want more than one bath or beach towel a person, bring your own. The end of May has it raining pollen in the neighborhood, be advised if that is a factor.

Quiet Cape Getaway

A lovely Cape home with an even lovelier & very spacious, quiet/private, sunny backyard complete with a number of classic Cape Cod “extras”, including an outdoor shower, fire pit, plenty of covered and uncovered outdoor seating andaaqqq space for yard games. The house is a very short walk to sandy beaches (only one ‘main’ road to cross before the beach path) - we just got home and are already looking to plan another stay!
