Two queen beds, one twin bed w/ trundle, a day bed and one full futon make for flexible sleeping for any kind of group. Back bedroom with queen size bed has its own half bath, sunroom/reading room and private entrance. Living room includes breakfast area overlooking deck/backyard and flatscreen TV with cable, wi-fi, and dvd/blu-ray player. One full-size bath with shower and tub. House also includes a huge kitchen with stove, oven, full-sized fridge, microwave, washer/dryer, and a wide variety of cookware and cooking utensils. Worried about having a place to seat your entire dinner group? Our large kitchen table with additional chairs will seat up to 10 people if you want to have guests over for dinner during your stay. Enjoy our front yard with inviting hydrangea gardens or use our ample-sized back yard for family bocci ball, volleyball and whiffle ball games. Large deck for relaxing and sunbathing; an oversized hammock hangs in the yard for 'just chilling-out' time. Grill and outdoor shower too! Finally, WALK 5 minutes to route 28 for restaurants and shops or WALK one block to Long Pond where there's swimming, kayaking, fishing or a playground (and, yes, we've got kayaks for you to use too!).
