Two levels of screened porches off the back of the home and a covered front porch allow for unlimited outdoor time, whether sipping coffee in the morning or resting with a book. You and your guests can enjoy a cocktail at the contemporary wet bar that features a second refrigerator, wine chiller, and ice maker. A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing and serving meals a breeze. Sit back, relax and enjoy the outdoor bar with cable tv and grill while relaxing by the private 31’ x 15’ private swimming pool.
